Wow! Thank you so much for making this so very helpful video!!! I've been selling on PM for about a month now and just educating myself on the ins and outs of this platform. This is by far one of the most helpful videos I ve watched so far. So glad I came across it. Now I have to binge watch all of them to see what else I can learn. I also watched the other video you did on your sales and the PM algorithm and I realize I have a big jar full of stray golf balls since I live on a golf course community so I think I am going to clean them up and sell them. Lol So thank you for that idea. You guys rock!! Next, I want to learn how to add campaign adds or those cute announcements on different topics that I see some people use. Do you have a video on that?

Thanks for watching! When you search to look at other’s sold listings, no they don’t show the date sold (I wish they did!) On your own sold listings, the date sold is on the upper left of the sale page.

You should be able to add/edit bank information under “my balance” which is under “my sales” on the main menu (@yourusername)

Hi Lynda! Sometimes if you leave a required input blank on a listing, it will not let you go on. Usually these highlight red, so that you can see what you’re missing. Other than that, sometimes my internet times out and I have to reload the page and start over, which is a bummer!
Your video was very helpful, I got lost towards end though. Why do I have to share with followers, how do i get followers? why are they following me if I haven't listed anything yet. do only followers see my listing? how do i find my listing after I list it? how do i edit my listing? what if is something simple like baseball cups?
1) Sharing your listings with followers gives you a bit of a higher chance to sell your item.
2) There are a few ways to get followers - mainly, following others and having them follow you back.
3) They are following you even though you haven't listed anything probably to get you started and helping you feel welcome.
4) After you list, your items can be found in "My Closet"
5) To edit your listing, you go into any one specific item and hit the edit button (only one item at a time).
6) Cups are pretty good to do on Poshmark! Just make sure you pack them up really well!

Hi! Welcome and thanks for watching!! You can’t share your whole closet at once. There are some bots/automaton services available for a fee, but the fastest way to do it by hand is through the bulk share. When you click share, it does share it to the whole site. It moves your listing to the top of the search for that item when sorted by just shared which is the default setting on searches! Hope that helps!

Hello how do you download your taxes information on Poshmark
Your video was very helpful but I have a question that I can't find an answer to. How do I get the photos from my computer, Mac, in "Photos" or on my phone to the actual listing. I have a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and get confused easily at times. I also don't have anyone around who can help me with this. Any chance you can? Thank you
Hi there! At the bottom of the main screen on the Poshmark app is a picture of a camera, click on that. Then on the next screen, in the bottom left corner there is a icon of a landscape. Click on that and it brings up your photos on your phone. Then, you can select the ones you want to add to your listing and click add. Then you can crop the photos, edit them if you want, then upload to your listing! Hopefully, that helps!

How to get payment set up
I have created a list in a new store.but its showing the list is in under review. Is it common? Or my listing have some fault thats why i m seeing it...help pls
Thanks you for sharing! I’m starting my own thrifting business soon and I’m considering using Poshmark! I do have a question though- when it comes to naming my items, do I need to know the exact name of the item? Like wherever the item originated from, do I need to know what that clothing company called it originally? How strict is Poshmark with stuff like this? I don’t want to waste time looking up everything I find to resell on Poshmark! Lol and do I have to include the brand name in the item title or description if include pictures of the tags that are sewn in or anything? Thanks!
Great questions! If you can find the name (ie j.crew no. 2 pencil skirt), it helps buyers on google find your item. It’s not always possible to find the style name. In that case, I describe the item as best as possible in the title. I spend at most 5-10 minutes to find it before giving up. Google lens is really helpful. You do want to copy over the brand name to the title and description even if the tag is still there! I also put the size in the title and description even though you choose the size in the specifics. Hope that helps in starting your business!

With this in mind, I’d like to be able to bulk post my items on Poshmark at once but idk how or if it’s possible! I saw that if people are like some kind of ambassador then they can I think? But idk anything about that! Then I thought maybe I could mark items one at a time then just mark them as not for sale until I get them all up at posted one at a time then go back in and then unmark so people can shop the drop! I just don’t want pieces to sell while I’m trying to get it posted and then my ig followers wonder where everything went 😂 I hope this makes sense!
@@Erin-do4nj I’ve never tried this but on the listing page, you can set a drop time. When you finish the listing, it will show “dropping soon” until the scheduled time!

I put a little about myself and what to expect (like how often you plan to ship items or if you have a smoke free home, etc)! I don’t think many people look at it, so I wouldn’t spend too much time on it

How does bundle work and how do you price a bundle?
Great question! On each listing, there is a little shopping bag symbol. A buyer can click it to add multiple items from your closet. You get a notification and can make an offer on the items altogether. You can also set a bundle discount in your seller tool that automatically applies. I have a 15% off discount but often offer even lower than that. The buyer only has to pay for the shipping one time, so it’s a really good deal for them. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@thefiresellers Hi, thank you for your answer. If a buyer purchases a bundle, does the seller need to place all the items in one box or can the items be in separate boxes? It seems if they were buying, say jackets, the one box may be rather heavy. Thank you!
Also a video on pricing your items would be helpful. I think I've hurt myself by pricing my items so low to attract buyers that I leave myself little room for markdowns that don't end up hurting me. Thanks again.
I'm just now seeing your comment here! Yes, you pack them all in one box. The pre-paid label is for only 5lbs, so you would need to weigh it to be sure it's under that weight. If it's over, you can pay for more postage on the sale page on Poshmark. I plan to make a video soon all about bundles and great idea about a video on how to price items for Poshmark!
Exactly how do you upload your pictures?
I use the app to upload my photos! I click the sell button on the bottom center of the app, then the icon in the left corner to upload from my library. I click the pictures I want to add and then click next until I get to the listing page!
I have question that how we can know that we have already list the same product?
There isn’t a really easy way on Poshmark. I wish they would alert you that you are about to make duplicate listing. You can search your closet to double check before making a listing!

How do I fill out the “add my information”
For your first sale to add your info, you go to the main menu (@yourusername), under “my sales” click on the order. Then click add my info, it’ll ask for your name, dob, home address and phone number. Put those in and it will send you a verification code
How do I put my card on there to accept the money when people buy From me ?

Does poshmark supply shipping boxes?
Hello Beebe! The United States Postal Service (USPS) can ship you FREE shipping supplies! You can go to their website or even into your local post office and grab the RED Priority Mail shipping supplies. ANY of the items can be used for Poshmark! Note that the blue Priority Mail EXPRESS is NOT allowed for Poshmark!

Hi Alona! Thanks for watching! Since on Poshmark, shipping is a flat rate up to 5lbs charged to buyers, we don’t cut down boxes to cut on weight. You use the shipping label sent you and you can put it on a box, bag or priority mailing material. We ship every other day! You have a week to ship items on posh, but every other day works for us! With taxes, you might want to check out @notyourdadscpa or @theflippingaccountant. Both has good info on where to find your tax info and what you can deduct. It depends on how much you sell if posh will send you a tax document. I have an answer to your question about payments on posh in my other video on how to create a Poshmark account. There’s a chapter on how it works and where to find your balance! I hope that answers your questions!
Returns are handled through Poshmark! A buyer can open a case within 3 days of receiving the item and Poshmark determines if its eligible. You have to opportunity to comment on it. If Poshmark approves it, they give the buyer a return label and covers shipping back to you.
