- Late but fresh video about the UNKNOWED port of the classic Web Displays mod for the 1.19.2 version of Minceraft. A review with fun editing and some observations!

NOTE: turns out the 1.12.2 Web Displays on Curse Forge must be updated to fix this white screen issue, so it doesn't work unfortunatelly... 😭

Hello, when I download and install this mod and MCEF, it asks me for another mod and I cannot download this mod, but I can install the 1.12.2 version, but when I install the screen, it gives a white screen problem. Can you either give me the updated mod pack or make a video solving the white screen problem specific to 1.12.2?
I believe the white screen problem is common in the 1.12.2 version, you may find some solutions for it on CZcams. But don't worry! I'll provide the configuration I've used for it to work very soon!

Check if you installed MCFE and Cloth Config together! Also check for the last Forge version for 1.19.2

How do you make the mod smooth since me and my friend want to watch a movie/video and its slow but the audio isn't
By my knowledge it's due to memory allocated! Try using some more memory on the game (considering it's a multiplayer occasion) and see if the problem persists. Otherwise it's the internet connection of both players, along with the consecutive screen syncing fail ^^

Which Minecraft version are you using? Also if you're using any mod that changes how HUD's render is showed, try removing it (I know because it happened to me as well ;) with Immediately Fast).
If you're not using, just reinstall both Mod and Library along with their config files, and use the recommended forge version for 1.19.2!

Welp, unluckily for you internet is required for CZcams to work! (as well as any URL in the mod) It doesn't have a secret way to make it load online videos without internet connection lol ^^

Hello there! Perhaps you installed the wrong forge version for the mod? Did you install all the mod dependencies (such as Cloth Config and MCFE)? Maybe wrong mod version? Check those and see if the problem persists ^^

You don't need to use OCD Shaders anymore! Newest versions of Oculus will work ^^
how do you block certain websites? the server block seems not to have a blocking/blacklist option
I recall the mod having a config that lets you block desired websites, as the server block may have issues with such things. Which Minecraft version are you playing?

I believe that when using this mod, you should be able to mess around the Web Displays config file in-game, and hopefully find an option to disable certain webpages. Try using it! If you don't manage anything, comment again and I'll try to help ^^
the mod seems to only be for 1.19.4 and below
nvm I found a alternative mod for 1.20.1 called Configuration [Fabric | Forge]
it works for both multiplayer and singleplayer

Hello buddy! For the mod to work you must download the MCFE (Chromium) library for it to work, along with the mod itself. So basically two files. You can find both in the description!!

Hey there! First, did you used the links in the video's description for each mod? And also you need the correct Forge Version, which is 43.2.0!
If you did those and it's still crashing, try removing any other mods you may have alongside OCD shaders, that might be corrupting it. Alternatively, I believe the latest version of Oculus now supports Web Displays, go for it to see if it works! ^^

How can i install OCD Shaders on 1.12.2 ? Any help because i have the best performance
at minecraft 1.12.2 i get 300 FPS (shaders off) and i get 80 FPS (shaders on), can anyone help

Another person commented the same issue. It appears it's something related to the config folder of each player, both must have the same values and configuration of each file (MCFE and Web Displays) in the config folder

@@egormitev that's the issue then... 1.12.2 is discontinued as the new config feature is only available for 1.19.2 and beyond now. This earlier version will still have bugs as such 😔

According to the official mod's Discord Server (which involves the Cinema Mod for Fabric too!), they are working on making different video players such as Netflix and etc workable! For the moment only CZcams and specific web pages will display videos correctly...

Normally it won't happen because of net connection issues. But try putting the video's URL directly on the screen and everyone will watch synced ^^
Why if I go far away from the screen it disappears instantly and reboot from the start of the screen where I came back is it about the render distance or itself?
It's a default configuration of the mod! You can change the distance it will "deactivate" if you go far from it. Try searching the config of the mod (webdisplays_common.toml) in your config folder to change it!
Alternative you can use the mod "Configured" to do it in game!

That's why I did put the original mod version for 1.12.2 via Google Drive in the video's description! That one should have the configuration it's missing, like the one you need! You can download the mod and the other files available on the zipped file without any risks! Please let me know if you manage to get it working! ^^

I have mentioned that 1.18.2 is unstable at the moment... 😔 But if you're still crashing without Optfine, it can be:
- The Forge version for 1.18.2, which it's better use the recommended stable version;
- Some conflict among the config folders of both Web Displays mod and MCFE library. Try deleting them along with the mods (in the folder .minecraft/config, and reinstall both again!
If that didn't work, you'll have to change to the 1.19.2 version 😭, but I'm sure following those two advices will solve something! Let me know if it worked!

I got you buddy! You must choose the Forge Launcher when opening the regular Minceraft Launcher! You can download it from here:

Make sure to install the recommended one (43.2.0), and when it asks you, just choose "install client" and start downloading it! It will then appear in your Minecraft Launcher for you to select it. Any more quests or problems just comment again and I'll try to help! ^^

4:37 - the redstone control blocks are currently unimplemented, since I need to overhaul some other systems before I can consider them
In order for them to work properly, the displays have to be running the browser on the server, which the codebase currently doesn’t support
Also, 6:47, that might be something I look into… did not know there were problems with that
Hello there! Didn't expect the actual mod developer to show up in one of my videos!! Appreciate your work to keep this mod updated and functional to newer versions of Minecraft ^^
About the redstone upgrade, it's indeed not clarified about how to use it since the original version lol! With your affirmation this topic is checked for now!
And about the shaders I may tell you that the newest versions of Oculus / Rubidium are now able to display the Minepad properly when not using any, and with both installed. Although it still don't show when toggled, but no crashes at least :)
(also, I noticed that when using a mod called Immediately Fast, which improves render performance in-game, the Minepad simply won't show the screen anyways. It's because of the HUD rendering changes the mod does I believe, which it kinda becomes true since the screen doesn't render when in third person for an example... There was a option on ImmediatelyFast.toml to disable HUD improvements, but turns out Oculus ignores those changes and makes the screen black again, unlike OCD shaders.
Just really wanted to tell you those topics I took notes off! Sorry about the long text, but couldn't miss the chance of letting the creator himself know about those! Thank you for your attention!!! ^^

The URL's which are able to run by the mod yes! Such as CZcams and other browser related stuff. If you mean technical sounds from the mod then no... At least not the 1.19.2 version

- Old Forge version
- Wrong Minecraft / Mod version
- Missing dependencies
- Mods that won't work with Web Displays

Which version are you playing on? This exit code usually means a rendering crash occured. Perhaps you're using Optifine? And I believe the mod should work fine with Curse forge (Overwolf) app...

When I try to watch a movie with my friend using this mode from minecraft, we cannot synchronise the screens to show the same thing in both of us, when I want to open video work from youtube, different videos open or I opened the video and the youtube page still appears on him, but the video starts playing on me. note: We are playing on the server and the mods are also installed on the server.
I'm aware of this issue, I'll make some tests later on to find a solution ^^

I actually addressed this one issue sometime ago and forgot to mention it here 😅 too much stuff going on
So, it's caused by network problems of the host of the server. The only way to solve it is to break then screen and the rebuild it putting the URL in question again, without using Google and etc. That's the only way I fixed it unfortunately 😞

It is that simple! Don't worry, here's how to do it!
1- Download the mods via the description (I've left the links for each mod in it!). Remember to download the corresponding version to the Minecraft version you're playing.
2- Open your ".minecraft" folder and find the "mods" folder, then throw the two mods (Web Displays and MCFE) inside it.
3- Open the game and you're ready to go ^^

Follow these steps just to make sure it's everything according to!
1 - Check if you are using the recommended Forge Version for 1.19.2 (which is 43.2.21);
2 - Make sure you're not using any mods that are incompatible with Web displays, such as Optfine and Oculus (using shaders, which I didn't use in the video, but OCD shaders)
3 - Check if you installed the correct mod and library mod from the video's description, as well as the correct 1.19.2 version of each!
If that didn't work, try reinstalling the Forge Loader or both of the mods, let me know if it helped ^^

For MinePad just press your sneak key and right click, and then select turn off! For big screen you must break the bottom right corner block of the screen and then build it again ^^

About your previous complaint, have you tried deleting all the downloaded Web Displays files from your Minecraft folder (Config files and Mods)? Just a fresh download should do the trick ^^

Unfortunately there's no port for 1.16.4 and before... You'll find versions of the mod available for 1.12.2, 1.18.2 and 1.19.2 only. Hopefully the developers will backport it someday ^^

@@ukraine_supporter_777 honestly I don't have that much knowledge about Pojav... if you're using any performance mod like Optfine, try removing it. And check if you got the correct loader version!
Pojav will not work - custom versions of chromium would need to be made for iOS and android, and JCEF would also have to be tweaked and recompiled for iOS and android, which would be a lot of effort compared to what it’s worth
