Such a cool abd amazing place i wonder if the owners will ever clear it or put it up for sale. It would make huge money and would be so fun. All this place needs is a little renovation and proper care! I love how its still intaked and isnt graffitid I wish i could go their but i live on the other side of the world.
It’s been abandoned for about 5 years now and the owner of it just recently got in legal trouble and got arrested. As of now there are no plans for the property but the city is trying to get the property on an auction from the owner Jizi Cui to have something done with the place. They have security but some people have been able to get in but the place is in okay condition
It’s fun to side when it was fill of life the way it’s supposed to be but I wish the violations didn’t come and I wonder why the old owner didn’t want the property anymore if it was so amazing when it first opened was it making enough money???
I use to work at that place in high school, we had some wild times.

Why was it banned
Because it had a bug infestation, and poor ventilation that filtered chlorine and beach fumes into hotel rooms.
also because of the crime in the area
