I have a Set of the Plastic Wedges which helped with pulling the door Panel off. Three are Black and Three are Orange, .Orange are softer. To get the Disk off, I pressed on one side of it, which pushed the opposite side up, this made it easier to get something under it to pop it off. The Triangular piece on the edge of the door I pressed on the bottom. The Reflector I pressed on the short side on the edge of the door.
I ended up taking the Car to a glass shop, and they replaced both front window operators, for less than half what the dealership wanted to do the job. I couldn't release the glass from the clips and pull the window up by myself. Wife couldn't follow the simplest instructions on pulling the glass up and she then ended up busting two Wood Dowel tools I made for pushing the clip pins back.
2011 Focus was a split between the second and third generation. Might want to make sure that people know that this is for the third generation of Focus.
Is that the driver's door module just above the speaker? Im sure I need to change mine, having a nightmare with my car, keeps locking itself after unlocking and drivers mirror is playing up
