Yes, it's a legit fragrance store. Already ordered more than 200 bottles from them and never got a counterfeit. The only time I made a complaint was because of Janio's negligence. My parcel was misrouted to a different hub and took more than the usual time to reach me. What's more is that I received the bottles warm, and because fragrances can easily go rancid when exposed to heat, I had them replaced. So, Janio got the parcel back for shipment to FX. Three weeks later, I received the replacement bottles.

Before placing my first FragranceX order last year, I watched some CZcams videos about perfume discounters. Yours have been the most informative and reassuring. Everything in this video is accurate. In addition, what I appreciate about Janio is that the courier messages the day before delivery (at least in my area), and the two of us get to agree on a delivery hour. I agree! tagal ko nang naghahanap ng authentic online shop. Takot pa ako bumili nung una kasi baka ma scam uli ako. pero nung dumating yung order ko na ultramale talagang legit na legit pala tong site nato.

I bought AFNAN Violet and Zimaya Red, it doesn't have any smell and I reached out to them, gave me advice to let the perfume sit in a dark and cold room.. unfortunately, 2nd day now and the perfume seem fake and wasted my money for an alcohol or maybe water.

Yes, sometimes the tracking page doesnât get updated. Also, the last time I ordered (a month ago), they took 24 days rather than the usual 20 days. It might be a volume issue. You could email them to ask whatâs up, theyâre usually respond within 24 hrs.

Iâm not entirely sure, but itâs likely. In the tracking system, the country that they ship from is Singapore, but itâs possible that the order originally shipped from the US.

As far as discounters go, no other ships to the Philippines unfortunately. The best you could do with those that ship only in the US or Europe is to use a forwarding company like Johnny Cargo. Which Iâve never done. Please like and subscribe đ

Yes - BUT be careful. I havenât been shopping of late but at some point back when I regularly did, I may have seen another shop thatâs using his images. So just do make sure itâs the official Shopee JP Fragrances.

Hi Sir. I would like to ask about the meaning of a refillable spray? I am planning to buy Hermes H24 but hesitant since itâs indicated as refillable spray bottle. Iâm assuming itâs not the original bottle.
I believe it means what it says-a bottle that you can refill (by buying a refill of it, which would cost less). Itâs original, but you get the option of buying the cheaper refill bottle in the future if you like). Mugler and Guerlain also have such refillable bottles on occasion.

Wala naman pong mahohold sa customs dahil kasama na po sa pricing nila ang tax. Limited po ang number per order, pero Puede naman din na madaming hiwalay na order, kaya in effect, unlimited. Yun nga lang, ang per order po ang limited nila. Please like and subscribe đ

Hindi po sir. Dahil ang tax ay kasama na sa mga presyo nila. Kaya kung pagbayarin ka ng tax (na hindi din mangyayari dahil door to door naman), labag sa batas, dahil bayad na. Kahit ano po yung amount, maliit o malaki, paid na po yung tax.

Best thing to do po is to get in touch with their customer service. That has never happened to me, and itâs the first time na may narinig po ako na ganyang kaso. Good luck đ

Never naman nangyari hindi nila sinend. Ang alam ko, kapag âdetails received but not the parcelâ, it means that the local shipping partner has just been notified about the job order, in which case itâs just standard operating procedure. I would worry if itâs been 23 days from the time of order placement. Otherwise, I would email their help/support department.

Itâs just one US-based company, and it just so happens that they chose Singapore as their Southeast Asian hub. Singaporeâs stiff laws also insure that the products are authentic.

Nasubukan ko na din po both payment options, at whether cod or credit card, pareho lang po ang shipping time. Hindi po ako sure sa shipping time to Mindanao, pero sa tingin ko po, pareho lang po. Yung mga taga Maynila, parang 15-16 days. Dito sa Bulacan, 20 days. Dahil lahat at nanggagaling mula sa facility ng Janio sa Paranaque.

@@janrico904 yes, mahihpit na bawal ang fake sa Singapore. Kapag nahuli, sabi nung store owner na nakausap ko doon many years ago, kapag nahuling nagbenta ng fake, yung laki ng multa ay enough to put the erring person out of business. Unlike Hong Kong, kung saan may mga fake.

Yes, and only one thing to add: the prices are not as low as they used to be (and itâs not just because the peso is weaker these days). I would encourage you to check out legit local shops if a difference of 200 or 300 pesos is significant to you. I just made an order days ago, but I made sure theyâre frags that are indeed cheaper from them.

How do you know they are authentic?? Recently purchased at Gift Xpress but canât tell if itâs real!!
The quality. Iâve had the misfortune of buying a bottle from a local store that claimed authenticity, but the fine print in the box had errors, and the perfume itself was massively watered down, so that it lasted for just maybe 10 mins.
As far as FragX is concerned, well, Iâve never had such an experience, and that their Southeast Asian hub is in Singapore guarantees authenticity. I believe the fine for selling fakes in Singapore is something like 40,000 SGD, if not higher, something like that. No such fines here or even Hong Kong.
