Dude you're awesome! I got one of these Play Arts Kai figures the other day and I couldn't figure out how to put the stand together, so I just had it leaning up against something, great guide thanks for this!
Ah man - so helpful, thanks. I *think* the intention with the spares is to let you make up both "claws" at the same time so you can swap them out as needed.
Thanks so much for this tutorial! The instructions on the box are very confusing! I now have a very happy child on Xmas morning! Greetings and merry Xmas from the Netherlands.
Thank you so much for this! I was too much of a bonehead to be able to interpret the visual directions. I thought the screw tightener was an active piece and was trying to add it to the stand lol.
thank you so much my 2 harley quinn's, arkham knight and street fighter figures are all standing on their own cause i had no idea what i was doing and the slightest knock of the shelf makes them all fall over and it really started to piss me off, thank you so much for making this video
I was able to assemble the pieces together but only one problem: the screw keeps falling out and when it falls out, the whole pieces I built together goes apart. So much wanting to put my figure of Ignis on display
I got the Miku figure , I want to display her so bad but if I use the stand will the collection value go down on the play art figures?? This is my first
Has anyone bought a brand new PAK and it sounds like the stand is loose in the package, like moving around? I've been keeping mine sealed until I move into my own place and have more space but two of the figures I have (PAK FFXV Prompto and PAK Dissida Squall) sound like the stands in the box are jiggling around;
So building it is the easy part but how the hell do you get the figure on it without making it look really awkward? It's to small to reach the waist and to tall to grip a leg. It's frustrating!
Heyho, thanks for the video. Can you maybe tell me how to get the weapons into a Play Arts Kai's hand, without breaking either the hand or the weapon? =|
Mentifiar if you're having trouble heat up the hand with hot water or a blow dryer. This will make the plastic more pliable. Then insert the weapon and dip in cool water and you should be good to go
Ahhh - so this is a wrench. Not meant to be part of the stand. That explains everything. Ahhh - so one screw and another part aren't used. That explains everything. ... Thank you for your video, that manual was a disaster. :)
Thanks man! I have been tearing my hair out trying to put this together for my master chief :)
+Sammeh Dillon my pleasure man, thanks for watching
Is that how people lose their hair?

What size bolt screws do I need to put that display stand together with? I got a Play Arts Yuna figurine just recently.
It usually comes with all hardware you need. I don't know the exact size.
I was able to assemble the pieces together but only one problem: the screw keeps falling out and when it falls out, the whole pieces I built together goes apart. So much wanting to put my figure of Ignis on display
Thank you very much!
thanks for watching!
very helpful
glad to hear it!
I know this is kinda of an old video and all... but thanks for the tutorial!
Video (sorta) helped me. Of course I'm having the issue of it loosening when I move it.
+DrTranReincarnated lol, thanks for watching and your (sorta) welcome ;)
This is my lack of hardware assembly knowledge coming to play: when and where do I put the washer(s)?
Hi I got a question, what's the small holder for? The one you discard at 1:40. I'm using the bigger holder only
The dynamic metal stand is much better. And has soft inside safer for holding figure
thanks a lot
Bookmarked for when I have to build my stand for my PLAY ARTS KAI PREDATOR 11" DC Comics
Ty! I got Terra Bradford from ff6 and the action base didn't come with instructions!
You save lives
lol, many thanks
Thanks .!!!
I'm currently trying to put this together and I have no patience at the best of times but Jesus effing christ this is fiddly lol
I got the Miku figure , I want to display her so bad but if I use the stand will the collection value go down on the play art figures?? This is my first
probably, if you plan to resell it, because you cant package it back up the same way

yea, sometimes the card comes off the back, huge pain in the balls
thanks
Thanks
No problem dude. Hope it helped. Don't be a stranger.
Thank you almost 10 years later 😂

i figured it all out on my own no problem but i clicked the video to find out what the heck the screw tightener was for! xD so thats what it is!
yep an oddly shaped wrench
Ahhh - so this is a wrench. Not meant to be part of the stand. That explains everything.

...
Thank you for your video, that manual was a disaster. :)
eyeofjustice1 thanks for watching!
Valeu meu brother. Me salvou muito. Obrigado mesmo!
anybody else had PAK stands that were loose (no matter how much you tightened the screws) and couldn't hold up larger figures like DC's Hawkman?
i havent as long as the nut is in the cavity, so to speak
Deathstroke can stand at last! XD
I’m sooo stuck!!!! I still have nooo idea!!!!
oohhh...man... i feel stupid......thanks for the vid.....
all good man, thanks for watching
I got crappy hands even for simple tasks like these
NightLordq sometimes I am all thumbs as well my friend.
anyone else that didn't know that last piece was a wrench?🤦♂️i feel stupid
For a stand needing to be built almost like a model kit and considering the price point of Playarts Kai figures, this all seems to be way too much.
lol fair point
