- I traveled to Chicago to see 2 different stages. The first was in Tinley Park to see their 2 Stage decorated for Christmas. The 2nd was in Darien to see 1 of only 2 stage types in existence, the Studio C Beta 3 Stage. Happy Holidays to all my subscribers and viewers!

The 3-stage animatronics in Darien that later went through Concept Unification were originally from the Benton Harbor, Michigan ShowBiz Pizza. That location closed in either 1984 or 1985 and it was only open for about 2-3 years as it was opened in 1982
I still firmly believe they should have put 1 bot on each stage segment

I worked at the Darien Location from 92-96.. Great Times.Back then it was a three stage.
I love this unique stage!! Behind the other curtains there’s pretty much just junk and storage, but it’s still crazy that you got to see this!! Good job. 👍

I grew up in Tinley Park... I waited two hours in line at the Sam's Club right next to that Chuck E. Cheese for groceries, and frequented that strip mall a lot. I was honestly hoping you'd cover it, not for any good reason, but because I wanted to see how it looked since the last time I was inside (in like 2009 lol).
It's oddly comforting that it hasn't changed at all; I haven't been there in a decade, I never ate the pizza, but I'm curious now and want to give it my regards before the animatronics go the way of the K-Mart a couple hundred feet away. I'll have to find a good reason to go by there when I'm at home in a couple weeks.
If you ever find yourself there again, you should stop at Mickey's Gyro and Ribs, about a mile away on Oak Park Avenue. Best gyros in the area!

Both Kedzie and Darien used to have 3 stages obviously, they also had the whole cast, Darien removed theirs first, they were in horrible shape so they got the bot from Joliet, IL and put it on their stage with some studio c decorations. Kedzie’s bots were fine, but they removed them too for unknown reasons. The thing is, Kedzie’s stage was blank at first, it was just black walls for chuck and pasqually’s stage. And just chuck on the center stage, no decorations. Until later they got them finally. Darien is one of the oldest stores (Showbiz wise) currently.

Also I don’t know if you checked out the one in west Orlando but they have a Studio C Alpha stage and their Chuck E animatronic is really spectacular

The stage here is very interesting indeed, but I really like what they were going towards with this concept.
Nice to see the band decorated for Christmas one last time! That Darien stage was truly unique too
I wish we could have a studio c helen , munch , jasper, and Pasquale but there is kinda a studio c Pasquale because on the star stage in the background is like a cut out of Pasquale with head phones playing the drums and singing

Thanks for filming this! Stewart has been working there forever from what I recall from some videos I watched last year. He seems like a nice guy. I’ll have to see if he still post videos, I know a bunch of trolls were making fun of him which is a shame!!!
This store housed a Rocker Stage actually (The bots were from an unknown PTT). Maybe this one had a higher height Rocker Stage. Also, Tinley Park expanded twice. Their first expansion happened in around 1999-2002 and then again in 2012.
Darien underwent Concept Untification in November 1991 not 1992. The stage was converted to how you see it now on July 6, 2020 not 2019. Joliet got 2.0 in Early 2020.

You should come visit Katy Texas where I live I work on the weekends Friday Saturday and Sunday every from 5:00 PM to closing time and it’s so awesome you got to see my best friend Stewart
hay sets if you ever come to Californa should check out the cec in ventura they have a nice 2 stage

You should definitely check out the locations in Thousand Oaks California and Ventura California
Imagine if you happen to run into Arcade Cranics or Lyssy Noel who live in southern California, they usually go to San Jose (Tully/Fontaine), Murrieta, and Placentia. They are real troublemakers.

You finally got to Darien! Nice! I was just there a month ago a couple days before Thanksgiving. It’s a very unique stage. I used to go there all the time as a kid back when they had the 3 stage animatronics. It sucks that they’re going to get the inevitable 2.0 but at least I’ve got 3 months to get to Tinley. I’ve never been there. And I’ve also got 3 months to get to Darien again. Also, the curtains weren’t Darien’s original curtains. They came from the West Des Moines location which is why West Des Moines only has their center stage curtains. Thanks for visiting. Stewart is a time traveler. The man hasn’t changed in over 25 years

Idk about the different stage height bc of the cheese crawl bc some locations with a tall stage weren't pizza time theaters, my guess would be different roof heights

I noticed that Chuck E. Cheese wasn't working at all and there's something wrong with Munch... one of his eyelids is not on track with the other!!! It breaks my heart that Chuck E. Cheese and his band is being killed off, but I get it!!! My local Chuck E. Cheese doesn't have any of them left!!!

I’m sad to hear Tinley Park is getting 2.0 and getting rid of the animatronics that was my childhood location I grew up going and also I worked at Darien for my first three years with Chuck E Cheese and then moved to Texas and work at the Katy location and my current location is a 2.0

@@dadongo really?! See it's hard to tell when information is real or it's not cuz a lot of people just regurgitate what they heard and I am thrilled to hear this. I'm going to call them when I'm going through Texas next Tuesday and make sure they're still up before I head there. Thank you!
@@SetsStreetsEats yes, the renovation is in process though for sure, the outside marquees are off, there is red tape all over floor, and the interactive dance floor is already installed and operating….wall art is gone….but wink works and so does the band!

the 2 stages imo have always sucked, they are pretty much budget cuts with extra steps, always lazily made and never work properly, it's pretty much the box characters but with a body
