Respect to PG for being so open and honest about the bubble. People forget that these athletes are real people just like us. Insomnia, and anxiety are very real issues, and it doesn’t matter how talented or strong of a man you are. Shoutout to pg for overcoming his struggles and bouncing back last year!!!! PG is such a good dude. It’s sad he got caught up in the internet bullshit just because he made a joke about “Playoff P” and had a few bad games. Not signing with the Lakers got all the laker fans after him too. It really gets lost how good he truly is and that he is legitimately a generational talent. Last playoffs really woke a lot of people up, he would most likely have a chip if Kawhi was healthy too. Happy that it sounds like he’s in a great place right now

The issue is how he made up excuses after losing. The infamous "that's a bad shot" interview ruined PG13, but I think he just needs another solid run and people will forgive him.
Right now people don't even remember he exists. There are so many talented players and teams that people completely forgot about PG and his duo with Kawhi.
And I know they're injured but you don't see people saying "yo don't sleep on a healthy Clippers team".
I think this is good for PG13. He won't face any pressure to play well and nobody expects anything from him and his team, so he has nothing to lose and everything to gain.
No joke, he put pressure on himself for no reason and It didnt work
Not signing with the Lakers was a good move for him. Look at how the Lakers are treating Russ and LeBron.

Facts. Been a big fan a Serge since the OKC days and was so happy he got to get that chip in Toronto because he is very deserving and a humble guy. Sucks we didn’t really get to see the long run of Serge with Kawhi and PG because last year when they did play together we were really good

I hope it's a duo interview like he did for the Lopez or Gasol brothers (I think it was the Gasol because of Marc but Ibaka has become a journeyman now so dude probably played with most of the league).
Serge is a great interviewer. He listens, asks relevant and interesting questions and gives relevant responses while complementing who he is interviewing but also bringing up how he has failed in the past

Just like Serge said, that fact that PG-13 wasn't sleeping in the bubble explains and says a lot, bc even Kobe Bryant himself said, there was a time where he was getting 0 sleep, no sleep at all because he was just practicing basketball and wanted to just get so much better and just practice with no sleep, and even these shots and these things he practices thousands of times a day, he said with no sleep, he would make all these shots he practices thousands of times in practice but with no sleep he couldn't score or play atleast decent in the games. You NEED sleep as a professional athlete to perform well and play good and how u want and need to play and to be able to do what u practiced, u have to sleep. So that says a lot even Kobe couldn't score with no sleep
Yeah man, people really forget about sleep, Kobe said he regretted it, I can only imagine how a dude feels after playing 36 minutes of high octane basketball, doing practice, all on no sleep bro, I tried playing basketball on zero sleep and I was drained, legit couldn’t even think, shits serious 💀
Guess who the biggest advocate for sleep in the nba is lebron . He’s been the most unfazed by media player essentially even tho he’s the most targeted and has played great for 19 seasons

When the pandemic first started, I had the same symptoms as Paul George and having to go to work (except I wasn't a basketball player). I tried almost everything like him. That was a rough period. Glad he climbed out of it.
