Oh my goodness. At the end when Lisa said if you’re awake at 3 am and I’m awake at 3 am, let’s do it 👍🏻….took me back to the years of little children and exhaustion but really wanting to connect with my husband so I would wake up at 2 or 3 starving for sex and wake him up!! It felt like our dirty little secret but it worked!!

Wow, for someone who is getting married soon, this is gold. I've been so scared of abandonment and rejection, I would go into a state of fight and flight when away for long periods from him due to past events. You and your husband began together. Kids will grow up .Cultivate your marriage and tome together or else you become like roommate's. Prioritize time for each other and for yourselves.

What if your husband doesnt want couple time. What if he refused your request and the pastor's request and he thinks now thay we are parents thats our only priority.

He has the priorities wrong. It’s God .. your marriage .. your children and the rest comes after. There’s an order. How can you be good parents without a good relationship with eachother ? The Bible clearly says that marriage is a reflection of Christ and the church.. you are two love one another and summit to one another. Read the new testemnt the whole thing it’s talks about husbands and wives a lot.
