i genuinely believe indian youth should start not to work in india or india based consultancy companies as the business model is solely based on exploitation of poor work force. Just going by the data, these companies are actually generating revenue 8-10x the average cost on per employee basis. Their clients are mostly rich Europe or north America based product companies. With the invent of chat GPT and the regular upgradation these types of work and the cost associated with will reduce to a large extent in 5-10 years. Then these companies won't think twice in shedding off all the employees who will be in their mid 30s or 40s. Better start a business sacrificing the immediate penny gain of 3-5 LPA.

I want to know that, for example i am working at X bank with third party tie up company A. This X bank has 3 Life insurance partner third party companies like A, B, C. Now my company has applied a law that I can't join X bank directly and also I can't join the B and C company for the next 6 month after relieving the company A. This is very much bad. Because remaining B and C companies are tied up with 9 banks. So in my location i am not able to switch the job.
We all know the law that non compete and bonds aren't enforcible in courts,but the problem is that the old company Doesn't gives you experience letters, without that we cannot prove our last experience, also if we break bond as per employer not as per law then next companies mindset is like ye employee toh bin bataye chod chala ja sakta hein

Yeah, but the same companies who have 90 days notice period, needs their candidates to join in 30days
these boomer IT companies need to scrap 90 days notice period and adopt reasonable days like 15-30 days.
