As someone who has worked in the service industry forever. I cringed so hard when Jill Zarin said she wants to teach people. I cannot tell you how condescending it is when someone thinks they’re going to teach me how to do my job better. It’s rude and beyond out of touch with reality.
I completely agree , I worked as a waitress at a high end wine bar and when people try to “teach” you , it comes off as so “look what I know” . People that do this are beyond full of themselves

If someone is paying huge amounts of money for a service, and the service is poor, clearly the people need to be taught how to do their job better, whether if upsets their sensitivities or not. Being left unaware and continuing to do a poor job so one's feelings aren't hurt helps no one.
I was a Nanny and worked for someone very much like Jill Zarin. I learned how not to be in those 2 year's.

The issue I have with Jill is that she never lets people speak. It’s hard to enjoy the interview when she monopolizes it the entire time. You would think by now that she would know better.

I agree. I was at a party once and had someone like her dominate the conversation. Nobody could get in a word with her incessant know it all chatter. I finally got up and left the one-sided conversation. Several people praised my actions after as she is known for this. I think Jill needs the same treatment.

I just took my migraine headache meds to recover from hearing Zarin. The picture of Heather and her siblings as Kiss for Halloween was wonderful, so cute and wholesome.

I think she is really nice but my god she just can't help herself. Even in her explaining herself, she was talking about how they didn't edit the show around her.. Heather, you always say that you are thirsty but Jill is next level. Please tell her to stop explaining herself because it just makes her sound worse. Just stop....laugh it off! Jill is devoid of any self awareness….nothing wrong with being an assertive woman, but she uses that as an excuse/veil for her rude, inappropriate behavior, which lacks any social grace or empathy for others. My friends are all strong, independent women but I would run as fast as I can if any of them embodied this level of boundary violations and nonstop pushy behavior which is completely self-serving for Jill.
There is a fine line between assertive and aggressive…..and a little self awareness goes a long way….

Jill does make very good points about service on a yacht. But, it is how she delivers her feedback to the crew that is cringe-worthy. During the show Barbie was frustrated with her. Now Barbie is backtracking. Bottom line, it is not the message, but how it is delivered.

When she demanded the hot tub temperature be lowered during the initial tour, without even checking with the other guest’s temperature preferences, I knew it was going to be a roller coaster episode. Jill has the potential to be charming if she was nicer.

Coming from doing hospitality it takes an extreme amount of empathy, patience and passion for the job. It was my joy to make people comfortable and to go above and beyond. That is what separates restaurants/yachts/hotels that have flawless reputations vs. places that have people working for them that don’t truly understand hospitality.
The issue with things like Angelina is that she told everyone or "sold" it as this wonderful family, even once they split. Now she wants to go back and change the narrative she sold. We just don't buy it when it looks like revenge. These Bravo people coming out of the woodwork trying to make more $$$$ is just trashy. Nobody makes you drink and act a fool as an adult. If as an adult you let people treat you this way it's YOUR issue. Jill was bad on Below Deck!! She didn't even allow the primary to BE the Primary! She never stops talking!! Imagine this, Barbie was perfect and everyone else was the issue. LOL Barbie looking for handouts from Jill?

Jill has many issues but when it comes to the service they received on the yacht considering how much they spent, I would be complaining too! Sounds like the staff on the yacht 'cut many corners' when it came to providing decent service! She would have had little to complain about if the service was excellent!
I want to see an episode where someone takes their own radio on the boat and sets it on the channel that the crew uses, and then uses it to order drinks and food and other items. That would be hilarious.
