Yep, Terry had a moment with the AR explanation! He was feeling the pressure in the presence of TTWT!
Abrasion Resistant! Though his explanation hits on the function pretty well
I'd already decided on ordering a Heavy Hitch for my JD 2025R and contacted them yesterday after buying my 70 pound weights from Good Works Tractors a couple of days ago. Ironic to find this video today seeing how they are built. Looks like a quality product and I'm thankful for having the opportunity to see things being built by them. Glad to see quality things being manufactured in the USA. Keep up the good work.
AMERICAN MADE!!! Wonderful family and family factory!!! Great video! Thanks for sharing❗❗❗ 🙂🙂🙂 👍👍👍
I love my Heavy Hitch products, use them all the time. Thanks Tim and Christie for doing a tour of their facility and showing the family that runs the show. This is exactly why buying "Made in the USA" is so incredibly important. Great video!!
This was a great tour! This is the kind of business that makes America great. A nice family working together to produce a superior product. Very informative, interesting. I can't weld, but if I could I'd like to spend a couple of days a week welding hitches at HeavyHitch!
Anyone who's interested, see if your local vocational school has a night or weekend beginner’s class. The one I took cost
It's nice to see the guy (gal) next door on the job.
The only word I can think of is,.....WOW!!! Terry seems to be a wonderful person to talk to, and is very knowledgeable about the subject. Thanks for taking us there via your video.
Insane thickness that table can cut😳
Nice to see the plant my tooth bar came from and the fine family at work. Wonderful bar - I slice into a stack of rock and fill a bucket. Flat bucket won't enter but a couple of inches ! It extends the bucket and is handy to tote things with it as a extended base. Martin in East Texas. I plasma cut 1/2" AR4/500 Steel. I closed my company.
Why did you close your company?? If you don't want to say, I'll understand.
I spent significant time looking at all the tooth bar designs I could find, and decided on the Heavy Hitch. Now that I've used the HH for a few months, I'm glad I chose it!
The teeth on the HH, are incredibly useful, for breaking up sod, scarifying hard ground, and digging up rocks and roots. I discovered, that my Titan clamp on pallet forks - clamp on right over the tooth bar. That lets me leave the tooth bar on, all the time. The Heavy Hitch Tooth Bar, is a fantastic tractor upgrade!
Before you buy a tooth bar, be sure to contact HH - to be sure you get the right size. They are great to talk to!
Sweet! Impressive family. Thanks for sharing!
Very nice tour Tim . Nice to see American made products being made thanks for sharing Tim very awesome
Great tour. Seems like a wonderful group of people making top quality made in the USA products. I have a tooth bar, now I will look at Heavy Hitch first when I need anything for my tractor. I want to support this company.
Loved the tour. Very nice family
Tim Christi this is great thanks we enjoyed this video
God Bless All
PaK
I enjoyed the Heavy Hitch tour. I find it fascinating to see how things are made, meet the people behind the products, along with the back story of family businesses. Thanks to Heavy Hitch and of course you and Christy. Blessings to all!
Love the American factory tours that's what makes America great people doing things that started in their kitchen as an idea
These tours are always great stuff. The MN accents are an extra cool bonus.
Amazing Tim!! Thank you!! I'm coming front weight bracket and weights!!! 1025r very proud American made 👍👍👍
I ordered weights and shipped thru Fastenal and it was so easy and the people at Heavy Hitch were the friendliest people to work with.
Really enjoy you touring the plants were the products are manufactured!! Great to see the US made products.
Awesome video. America at its best.
That was an awesome tour of Heavy Hitch. I have a 3 point hitch 2in. receiver and I'm very pleased with the build quality. Great family and great company.
Amazing shop with amazing people, a lot of family involved, now that is truely an American story.. Love it! ❤️🤍💙
Thanks Tim and Christy, awesome company’s and CZcams like these two are what keep America strong. I will support both.
Thanks!
I love Heavy Hitch! They are an easy, beautiful 100 mile drive from my house in Wisconsin so I make the trip down there when I buy products. Since the Covid thing hit, I have been unemployed so I have the time to go down on a weekday to pick up products. This year a few weights and a toothbar for my 1025R. This is an example of true, family business in our great country. I'll be making the trip again when I figure out what I want to buy next! Thanks, Tim for the great tour. I got one on one of my trips down there too.
Love see the manufacturing side of the products. I spent 20 years plus working in a truck wheel business. When you work and live in these types of businesses, your head becomes full of product numbers, specs, and other worthless information that no one else understands but your co-workers. Heavy Hitch is what makes America work. If I only had a tractor to put them on......... Love your tour videos.
Awesome video! I purchased a custom length tooth bar from Heavy Hitch a few months ago. Shannon was very helpful, and has a sense of humor. She asked if I wanted orange or green paint for the toothbar that was going on my Massey Ferguson! The toothbar fits perfectly on my loader bucket. Thanks to Terry, Shannon, and Ben!
Great video and great product. Thanks Tim and Christy and Heavy Hitch
Thanks for sharing the tour. Great story and pride in product.
Great tour, great shop! It reminds of where I worked for 12 years doing Quality Control. Much of the same processes and equipment, we made aircraft engine parts about 80% of the business. Plus we made sheaves and even manhole cover rings! We did a lot of metal forming & spinning. Best Regards, Jay
I love my Heavy Hitch products. I have most that are available for my 1025. After watching the video where Katriel explained the breakout force added with the Tooth Bar I purchased a 53 inch. I am amazed how the tooth bar totally changes thedevelopway to big and high rollover bar that comes with the 1025.
Yes, the toothbar totally transforms the power of the bucket. Folks who haven't used one would not believe how much more digging power they add!
Great video thanks Larry
Great video on a great family run business!
Thanks for the tour!!
Nice tour of the factory! It’s great to see where our HH products come from.
Good video as always Tim.
FYI- AR steel doesn’t mean ammo resistant. It’s abrasive resistant.
Thanks for the tour of heavy hitch. I received my tooth bar for my 1025 r and could not be more pleased with the purchase. Great product! Thanks Tim for the TTWT coupon it help offset some shipping costs.
Thanks for the great tour of the factory. I used to work in a small steel fabrication shop like that when I lived in Racine, WI. I got laid off after 22 years with the company. I sure do miss that place. Some of our work was making Case replacement parts. I was only a laser operator but it was neat to see all of the work stations. Good job on the video. Wish I was there.
Nice factory tour. I have several Heavy Hitch products and they are great.
Looking great, Tim!
I was there two weeks ago to pick up my tooth bar. Great to see an actual tour of the building!
Been on a tour some years ago with Greg. Great people and great products.
Bought a tooth at from them two weeks ago and they were great. I wanted it made at 59in and they had it to me in just over a week - so great to deal with these guys and the tooth bar is amazing! Loved seeing this video of this family business!
Forgot to mention I also used the TTWT discount too - so thanks for that!
Great episode. Very interesting seeing what Heavy Hitch does. Their family appears super cool.
Great tour. I hope you got to spend some time in Winona, MN touring around. I loved visiting there when my daughter was at Winona State University.
Yes, very nice area. We stayed two nights.
Not sure if they made it to Bloedow's Bakery but we took them for lunch at Bub's!
I love that you share not only a love for tractors and all things tractor but that you take the time to share God’s Word with your viewers, some who may not have received it any other way. 🙏, wishing everyone a happy and blessed day.
Great video Tim I love the family business and they're here in the U.S.A. factory tours are great and they have some wonderful products for whatever color tractor you may have. Thanks for sharing
Great video, Tim (and Christy!)!! Love seeing these factory tours.
Obviously Heavy Hitch's gamble with you early in your channel paid off. I'm sure they've sold a LOT based on your recommendations.
I enjoyed the tour - thanks for showing.
Awesome video of an American small business manufacturer, I love how you get in-depth knowledge of what the product is and does. First thing im getting when I get my tractor is a heavy hitch tooth bar with code TTWT. God Bless!
what a great job heavy hitch keep up the great work. if i had a tractor i would be a buyer
Great tour, very interesting and versatile business. Thanks Tim, Christy and all the HH folks.
Great vid Tim
Great tour. I love my HH tooth bar! Works great and shipping was super fast.
Great American Made business. I already have several HH products, outstanding quality and workmanship. The powder coating is show car quality. Buy American, support this guy.
Thanks!
Minnesota made!! Great products by great people!
Awesome tour, very informative, makes me want to go to my Finance Committee and order something else right now. The powder coat section was excellent, enjoyed learning about the process. Thanks Tim & Christy...
Great tour - I love my Heavy Hitch! I bought it a year ago after watching one of your videos!
MERICA! Love the quality and hard work.
I have a few Heavy Hitch attachments and I'm very pleased with the strenth and fit. JD 1025
I am super happy with Heavy Hitch! I used them to build a ballast system for my tractor that hopefully I can make a video of soon.
That was exceptional. Really enjoyed this video and the information. I will be looking to heavy hitch first for future purchases. USA!!!!!!!
Nice factory tour. I was at a conference in Wisconsin a couple of years ago and was able to stop by the factory and pick up a whole trunk full of stuff from Greg. And I was across the border long enough where I didn't have to pay duty. So it was a pretty good win for this Canadian. I wouldn't mind some more weights, but I made some for my tractor and painted them red. I also cut the bumper off my Massey and welded a bracket on the front so I can have front weight now when I rototil or boxblade and want the loader off.
Thanks Tim! Have a couple HeavyHitch items, so really cool to see how it’s all made.
Great video Tim I like to see where and how things are made and it being in the USA. GREAT job
HEAVY HITCH AMERICAN MADE GREAT PRODUCTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE HAVE A DAY LOVE FROM TEXAS
Great video Chrissy & Tim! Love the manufacturer tours. Love my Heavy Hitch can hauler.
I haven't had a need to drive over and buy something since they moved to the new shop. It looks much bigger and nicer than the old one!
I too have a heavy hitch, went with the super duty version since I ordered a back blade at the same time. Absolutely love the setup! Just need to order the ripper combo and a tooth bar next!
I bought the double weight bracket and cart recently. Quality and appearance are top notch. After rewatching one of your videos the single offset probably would have been enough. I also bought the X738 Click-N-Go weight bracket. I have used their skid shoes for my 54 inch blade at least 2 seasons. They are much better than the Deere supplied pieces.
This was super interesting to see! I've got some of the Heavy Hitch products for my JD x485 (super duty cat 1 3pt receiver and 3-in-1 trailer tow hitch) and I love them! I'll probably pick up a ripper too here before long.
After watching this video, I immediately ordered a tooth bar for my bucket. I like the business concept and the family visiting at the jobsite.
You’ll love it!
Hope you used code TTWT!
@@TractorTimewithTim Yes I did use TTWT and got a discount! And Shannon wrote back on my order that they appreciated your visit for the video. (I commented upon your video on the comments section of the order). Such a friendly touch.
Cool! ....and you have now seen Shannon...in the video. It makes the whole transaction more personal, doesn’t it!?!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS TOUR! You guys answered so many questions I've had trying to decide on what front weight bracket to use
I went and looked yesterday to see if my 1025r had them brackets for the heavy hitch weight bracket you use because I want one. I thought I was goin to have to by it from deere but now I know what them brackets are for. I will be ordering one soon. My only other option was the receiver bracket mounted to the front
Ar steel stands for abrasion resistant. The number is its brinel hardness.
Tim is like a kid in a candy store.
That AR steel is what Clint Eastwood used in the Gauntlet 🙂
Great products from Heavy Hitch, they are top quality, made like they should be😊
Wow That guys dad is a master welder for sure & Thank you For Youre Service POW .MIA ..FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
We love that Bill still comes and works with us! He has so much knowledge, and he is a workhorse!
Yup, got my heavy hitch....great product and company....
I was looking at their website just last night as I look for some toys\essentials for my new addition. I'll give you a hint, Christy call it a Super Equipped tractor in an April 2018 episode of TTWT. Mine will be a smaller brother HP wise. I've also decided to keep Kay the Kubota for the backhoe. It was just too much to get a new tractor with all of my wants
eeds. If I ever decide to, I can swap the BH to my new tractor. Great video. two thumbs up. 👍👍
Thank you for that video. It was fun to see the Heavy Hitch factory! I have a few Heavy Hitch items and I enjoy them very much. TTWT is one of my favorite channels and I love seeing all of the various projects and uses! I happen to live in MN so its great to see Heavy Hitch thriving. I happen to have an orange tractor so I also have a few accessories from AI2, another great MN company, but I can see a green tractor in my future. Keep up the great work! I've used the TTWT code several times! I can't wait for my TKV20 to show up. Thank you..
Congratulations on the TKV20! Another super high quality made in USA product!
10:22 THATS MY MANNNN
Great video, Nice folks.
Great folks making a great product line, the American dream. I also have to say their "gamble" on ttwt in the early days has really paid off for them I'm sure. It would be interesting to hear how much product they've sold with the ttwt 5% discount, and I'm sure not everyone remembers to use it.
Great video!
Awesome !
Hey Tim 🚜🇺🇲 great vlog I enjoy watching all your vlogs 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲💯💯
I would feel like a kid in a candy store at heavy hitch
Put grease on the hooks on the rack portion. You wont have ground connectivty issues during powdeer coating. On the other end its still going to be an issue. But 1/2 of the issue will be resolved ;)
Great video of a great product, a great family
(Let's try this again.) Great video of a great product, a great family, presented by a great couple, Tim and Christy. Thanks for presenting us with such an inspiring video. Question for you, does Heavy Hitch make products for the Ventrac 4500 series?
@@DanielTorres-hu1zq We do not currently, but I have added it to Terry's list. Is there anything in particular that you are looking for? - Shannon
@@HeavyHitch Hi Shannon, Here are some suggestions: weights, carts for weight storage, angle/straight blades, box blade, and anything else that can be used on Ventrac 4500 series. Thanks.
Hi Shannon. One more suggestion: pallet forks. Thanks again.
Awesome video again, but AR500 is "Abrasion Resistant" steel, not "Ammo Resistant".
I'm in the process of figuring out what accessories I want for our "new to us" 1025R and this video contains tons of useful information.
Why sleep when you can watch TTWT
O dang I live in Minnesota they are close
Awesome video Tim. Do you know if they will ever make an 18” bucket for my JD385A backhoe
Check out muddscustoms.com use code TTWT for a 5% discount.
Hey Tim and Cristy you finally made it to Minnesota what did you think of the state?
Please provide the link for the click and go spreader attachment. Great video!
If you can’t find it on their site, email info@heavyhitch.com
Wonderful tour of a family owned business. The fabrication is perfect and welding is perfect and built to last. Tim did you find anything else worth pilfering other than the cart. lots of good stuff.
How does the AR steel compare to T1 steel? Thanks. Take care.
Go check out the newest video from Pure Living for Life. Check out his camera angles. He’s spreading rock on his driveway. These people haven’t released many videos this summer and I have really missed them. Their videos take in a lot of things.
What does a orange back blade code for my bx1880 that is awsome
Please look on heavyhitch.com. And use code TTWT for a 5% discount.
