Looks rlly tasty and that pork is called Jumări or Jumeri here In Europe /Romania :) we also eat it with some sauce or onions because the onion is sweet and kinda spicy in the same time now I'm carving for some Jumări:) jumari means Pork skin or fat pork meat that has been deep fried!:) Love from Europe
