Fasting is super good for your body! I've been doing 18- 21 hour fasts everyday and eating low carb no sugar and have lost 33 pounds in a month! I still eat food and enjoy healthier versions of my fav foods, it's worth it! No bloating, and feeling sick after eating greasy meals.

Mcdonalds burgers have onions on them and onions are extremely toxic to dogs. Also garlic and grapes are as well.
What cheeseburger from McDonald’s has onions but in generell dogs should eat cheeseburgers at all

Fasting is definitely not for everyone. Depends on health issues, diet, lifestyle, and exercise habits. And depending on where you are in weight training, it can actually work against you if not done correctly.
But yeah, it does help a lot of people. 🤷♀️
