That doesn't surprise me at all because i already understand enough about Islamic propaganda and it really makes me sick when Muslims are biased who only sympathize with the suffering of Palestinian children and not with other children like in Israel. The real problem for Muslims is their lack of emotion when it comes to humanity. A few years ago, following the unilateral withdrawal of Israeli security forces, no one could claim that the Gaza Strip was occupied territory. However, that still doesn't stop Muslims from making accusations about the plight of the people there, such as claiming that the Palestinians are under siege from Israel and are starving as a result.
The truth is, no one is starving at all in Gaza. The Palestinians receive large amounts of free aid from around the world and are fed enough that the region is actually the eighth most obese country in the world according to the World Health Organization. The health and quality of life in the region is well above the average in most parts of the world, although other places clearly need it the most like in Africa, and even in developed countries like China and areas of South America. The only siege the people of Gaza face is what they bring upon themselves.
Whether the Palestinian state is a colony or not does not prevent those who are Muslims to hate and kill people of other religions, especially Jews. Their government used donated humanitarian aid to smuggle rockets which were then fired into Israeli population centers. When this fails to spark a conflict and fails to garner sympathy from Muslim countries, Palestinian terrorists cross the border and attempt to kidnap or kill Israelis on their own land. While the Palestinians show one side to gullible visitors and the international media, Western taxpayers are actually subsidizing something entirely different.
If we do the research, poverty rates are actually higher in Greece, most of the EU, and even parts of the United States, like Washington D.C. As the researchers stated, the poverty rate in Israel is 24% and is higher than in Gaza which is 16%.

What Israel is getting ready to do will be overwhelming for their opponent. It will be sad and troubling to watch. Hejbollah has no stakes in this episode. A few rockets on the border, a few bursts of machine Guns on border is good enough for solidarity. But sacrificing fine fighting men and civilians in solidarity of an ignomous act will take the sacrifices in ignominy in history. Because defeat and destruction is certain with the US positioning 2 carrier battle groups armed with thousands of Cruise Missiles and Israel itself stocked with tremendous Missiles. Some analysts also feel that if overwhelmed with multifront war against it, Israel could resort to tactical nukes. However with B52 bombers and Israel's own superior Airforce coupled with US 180 odd Fighters off Carriers, Israel may not need to reach for the Nukes.

I would imagine Lebanon's leaders are pressing in the opposite direction of Hezbollah. Syria was a nice distraction for them to get Hezbollah to do something, but I'm quite positive Lebanon doesn't want their cities reduced to rubble which is what would happen. In fact, that's what Israel's back-door messages should be to Lebanon's leadership - If Hezbollah attacks, we will flatten everything and then just shoot at anything moving afterwards.
Lebanon has done the opposite of Gaza in terms of appealing to tourism and making life better for its people. I think their appetite for war is not nearly as much as Hezbollah.

Hezbollah has also been fighting ISIS for the last few years, and I doubt they're ready for a conflict with Israel.
