I just subscribed these are some of the best videos on this spray system on CZcams. Very well illustrated and information is bang on, so looking forward to future videos on this channel. Thank you for taking the time to do them .😊
Very helpful. I'm almost ready to spring for the Kremlin Xcite but I'm trying to decide what tip or tips I want. I have always sprayed cabinet doors with a 308 FFLP off site but I am really hoping to optmize (Reduced overspray and slow application for control) for spraying face frames in the customers homes. I see that you like the 092\ 306. Are you using the fine finish or Xtra fine finish tips?Would you recommend that or a smaller tip for spraying face frames? I'll be using it with a graco 395 and a thomas 2820 compressor. Thanks
Awesome video. I have a kremlin 10-14 pump with the excite gun, but it's not powerful enough to spray our top coat (Milesi 1k and 2k products) Your setup seems like it would be great for us, instead of getting a new Kremlin pump, get a t4 or t5 and the hose adapter (any 1nfo on those appreciated) Is the T4 sufficient or is the T5 worth the upgrade to spray these coatings?
From what I understand, is it possible to buy only the Graco G15 or the Kremlin Excite guns and plug them into an airless pump (in our case a graco 395) and a air compressor ?
You mentioned the 06 tip but which one 092 or 112 ? Also have you tried the 04 tips with water coatings like the 04092 or 04112 ? Oh and lastly how often do you replace your tips ?
Look into Apollo 7k series gun and thre 5 stage or better . U can get AAA units but price out it might me cheaper to buy a used airless unit and convert it like in this video
You want the best system in the industry. It’s called Sames. Look at a 15c25. Sames calls theirs Airmix. Not air assisted airless. Sames is even more efficient than air assisted.
if you are spraying on site i.e customer houses, which system you recommend: turbine or compressor: also which turbine system you recommend and which gun with it, thanks in advance
Great info. Thanks

what adapter did you use, im having trouble finding one
Great video and perfect timing.with the 06 tip if you use the screen do you remove the white oring inside the tip?
I don't think the 06 has an O ring
Hi
Do you like that gun better then Wagner 4700?
@@slawomirbieganski5315 I like them both but if I'd have to choose between the 2 I'd choose the Kremlin
Can you share which spray cans of acetone you are using?
@@mikerichter1694 it's a 3m product I buy on Amazon. Spray gun cleaner.

That's why I hooked mine to a Tritech Airless. See my video on that.
That 10-14 was designed for pre cats. Look into a 15c25 or a 20c50 minimum.

Yes, that's what I did. Needed some fittings for the Kremlin line to fit on my airless though. But the g15 will go right on a standard fitting.

I personally like the 092
Are you familiar with anest iwata msgs200 gun? Comes with their 17:1 AAA SPRAYER

Hi there, good video. What paint and catalyst do you use? I use renner 760 topcoat and add a small amount of water to a tin when sparying.
I use mostly Renner 688 or 851. I reduce by 5%. I have reduced up to 10% with no problems as well.
@@homesteadcabinetdesign3406 thanks for the reply. Is that the 2k versions? Do you spray that in customers houses?
@@thomasdelaney1557 yes
I want to begin spraying kitchens and was looking at hvlp over airless, I'm new to spraying. What's best hvlp or air assist?

I have used both a turbine and compressor. If you use a compressor you will need a spray gun that will take a low CFM.
Kremlin are great but very expensive. C.A. technology is cheaper but it gives the same results.
Did you reduce before or after catalyst ?
Always reduce after catalyst
So what's the point of Sames Kremlin $5,000 system if you can convert an airless sprayer and get similar results?
Not every airless will perform well for this, but the Tritech pumps work wonderful!
@@homesteadcabinetdesign3406 Ok I see, I'm still learning how it all works.
