    我觉得在炒的时候锅里不需要放油 而把五花肉炒出油然后再把姜葱放进去炒 然后放水或汤 然后再放花菜焖着 这样会不会更香呢

      放油炒才能逼出五花肉里的猪油,味道更香,诀窍就是五花肉要炒香,油汪汪的时候再加上其他配菜。
