It is always intriguing for us to absorb message in effective way. It is much better than the tedious facts that make us reluctant to hear that. Thoroughly enjoyed hearing the airport story again. Loved hearing it when I was in the Toastmasters chapter that Ed lead in Denver so many years ago. Ed also introduced us to one of my favorite phrases: "a blinding flash of the obvious" (BFO for short). I recently learned that the phrase was also used in a Dilbert cartoon strip. ... Ed, I gotta know. Was Scott Adams also in your Toastmaster meetings? ☺
