I work with a man who was caught RED HANDED driving drunk as a skunk leaving a party, and just before his arrest a prominent figure in the community (who was at the party) pulled up beside the pullover and told the police to let him go. The police said mr. Xxxxxxx you are free to go and escorted him home. ON MY LIFE this literally just happened. Unbelievable how much knowing someone can help you

Not sure how much difference there is between the german and the american justice system but in Germany you don*t get sued by the victim, you get sued by the state for breaking the law of the country, the victim can jump in but that's it. The police is there to enforce the law of the country. Nothing else, that responsibility of the officer doesn't go away when the victim was rude or when he knows the attacker. tell us in the description the officers names there in fractions and tell us again in the description where you are and the name of the place it's fine to have it in the video, however by just having it in the video and not having in the description is the opposite of equivalent of an officer saying his name is on his uniform.

When the police won’t arrest someone for assault it’s called dereliction of duty. Request a Sgt and if he fails to arrest the assault he will be added to the list of dereliction of duty. If you are going to hold the police accountable hold them ALL THE WAY accountable. Auditors need 2 things. An attorney and they need to know the law.

They did not start out yelling at those poor over worked under paid public servants buddy.
