How to Make Soft and Delicious Crepes | French Pancake Recipe

Crepes Recipe Ingredients
Eggs - 2
All-purpose flour - 1 cup (125g)
Corn starch - 2tbsp
Milk - 300ml
Butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract 1/2 tbsp
Optional and replaceable spreads
Peach preserves
Honey

This is the best pancake recipe I’ve ever tried, and I must say I’ve tried quite a few. To me, the secret ingredient and the game changer is without question the corn starch, it makes the pancakes soooo soft and moist. ❤ The downside is that I can’t stop eating . 😂
