ME ENCANTAN ESOS SPOT
Getting my first FPV drone tomorrow after flying the mini 3 for a year. Starting of with the avata but can’t wait to really get into the hobby by getting a real quad. I will probably go for the Nazgul 5 inch after the avata and then maybe build my own. Tomorrow will be a start of a journey to say the least! Definitely have to get another job tho if I really wanna get into the hobby, it can be really expensive. I’m only 16 as well.

Wanting to get longer range. I built a 450 dji kit but it doesn’t have the range you have so I am asking what are you using for a receiver and transmitter. Also the transmitter for the camera. Your video is awesome.

Can you use a DJI avaita to fly these flights or does the military airport not let u take off cause it’s too close? Wanna get some shots when we are going this August 29th through September 10th. Currently have a Mavic 3 and a mini looking at DJI avaita tho but if I can’t do these flights probably won’t buy

Nice video man. Where did you get those Ort Helical antennas for Goggles 2? Racedayquads list them but are out of stock and doesn't seem like anyone else sells them.
Its not so much the range my Avata 2 struggles with its being behind a rock or a tree and the goggles just cut off 😂
Update now there not taking the stairs in Kaneohe due to being recognize as a historical landmark win for Kaneohe and yes I live in Kaneohe 808 😂
Why not using traditional TX? TBS Crossfire is proofed doing long range if Radio transmitter is your concern. Damn,,, loosen propeller happy it's back safely LoL🎉🎉🎉

Bro can I ask what setting did you use for that long range? I'm using bob57 with the same goggles and controller but after 400meters the signal is off😢 idk why? BTW loved that long range 🎉

I did this flight with a 5in drone with 5.5in props on a 1500mah 6s battery...but not as close to the ridges as you
I was stationed at KBay back in the early 2010's. We attempted to beat the security guards a few times and try a summit, but the risk of NJP and our future kinda scared us out of actually actually attempting the stairs. Wish they would've just put a little money into them and charged a permit fee or something.

The Part 107 regulations do not prohibit first-person viewing (FPV), but FPV doesn’t meet the requirements for maintaining visual line-of-sight (VLOS) of the aircraft.
If flying FPV, you’ll need a separate visual observer to meet the VLOS requirement.

That indicator is for lipo batteries so it's just something I should switch off lol

If you were my cousin who has to rapel down ropes to save those who put themselves in literal danger for a selfie... bro please understand this is also a cultural thing as well... Hawaiian people and that's not people who live here but the race of hawaiian don't want you putting up windmills radar station what this is actually built for and telescopes on mauna kea.... HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF I BUILT A WINDMILL OR RADAR STATION IN YOUR BACKYARD? You only look at it from the surface please consider the things you are talking about... because yes it is beautiful but I would say YOU my friend are not from Hawaii and NOT HAWAIIAN... do you come here from natural beauty or for freeways radar stations?
