@@newajax2054 It's considered not safe, because not diluted essential oils are highly concentrated and may cause damage to your skin. The most common ratio is 3% of essential oil and 97% of carrier oil. For hair growth we suggest to use Castor oil, Amla oil, Jojoba oil as your carrier.

Avocado oil is a great carrier oil to host the more potent rosemary oil. Rather than applying the latter to your scalp directly, add a few drops to your avocado oil.

Yes, you can use combination of minoxidil and rosemary oil. It may even improve results than just using minoxidil. But we would recommend to dilute essential oils in carrier oils. There isn't much information how minoxidil works for diluting essential oils. Our recommendation is to use them as individual/separate remedies.

I recommend leaving rosemary oil in your hair (diluted) from 30 minutes to an hour before washing your hair as usual (though leaving it in your hair from 2 hours all the way up to 6 hours is the most effective). You can repeat this process up to twice a week for best results.

Most carrier oils you can’t just wash out every 4 hours so I doubt what they are saying is true. You can leave it in if you mix with Castro oil or other oils even the dermatologist on CZcams says you can leave it in without washing it out.

Mix 3-5 drops per 1 ounce of your shampoo if it doesn't contain essential oils. If your shampoo already has some essential oil the ratio should be 1-3 drops per 1 ounce. For example, you have 12oz bottle of your favorite shampoo, add 45-50 drops of rosemary essential oil and mix it well. And it's ready to use 🙂

Those are both really good oils I think I would go with jojoba and rosemary because if you only did rosemary that could ruin your hair and cause hair loss.
