They have competed on the U.S. National Team, and boast an impressive seven world titles between the long and short course championships, as well as a Tokyo 2020 silver medal. both sisters are undoubtedly talented and i expect them to make the olympic team, but the girls compete in events that have a lot of depth internationally and i hope they aren't being overhyped

Seriously? Sorry to tell you, but there are two aussie sisters named Campbell - Cate and Bronte. Both of them are multiple Olympic champions and Cate is still the WR holder for 100 meters freestyle short course. I know you are American but there are other amazing swimmers besides the Americans and this yard swimming isn’t something to brag, because no one really swims in yards besides in the NCAA championships.
This video isn't meant to highlight or compare all-time great swimming sisters. This is intended to show light on rising stars. The Campbells are out of their prime and soon to retire (Cate just announced retirement after missing the 100 free final). The Walsh sisters are just starting to enter their primes. He's not downplaying other swimmers by making this video.
As a side, while yards titles or records may not be as coveted as meters titles or records it is still something to brag about given the incredible athletes that have competed in college.
