I think when you E and R at the same time the stun goes over the root, (tried on practice tool) -So for ex. if you throw E+R (at same time) it would be 1.25 seconds of stun and 0.25 of root -While if you E, wait for the E to end, and throw R, it would be 1.5 seconds of root and 1.25 seconds of stun -So i would do first E+Flash, wait 0.25, cast R and wait for 1.25 seconds of cast, and finish the combo Correct me if i am wrong babalov
the ult has a 1.25 sec windup and a 1.25 sec stun. So if you e and ult at same time the 1.25 stun would be be a 1 sec stun if you have rank 5 root. So yes if you have rank 5 root its a bit more optimal to e flash then r but most of the game you do not have rank 5 ult especially if you are supp neeko. On top of this if you e flash then ult everyone else will walk out of the ult and you will only hit the rooted target. If you ult with passive and e flash last second you root your main target to make sure it hits and then have the possibility of hitting teammates around them from the surprise factor. on top of all this you have to keep track of tenacity runes like unflinching and merc treds. TLDR: yes if you have rank 5 root and want to cc 1 target then e flash into ult is better but if you wanna engage a team fight or dont have rank 5 root yet then passive>ult>e>flash>rocketbelt is the best

Hypothetical question here. If your flash is down could you use the dash from rocketbelt as a substitute to try and get a root on the enemy?
yes for sure! the new rocketbelt gives 50% ms towards enemies when you pop it. I use it all the time to run at an enemy and try to land a root

going invis doesn't hide the ult cast they still see it. you use passive to hide ult cast and invis to hide your body

If you are hiding in a bush and you send out a clone to distract them, does neeko get revealed in the bush or does she stay invisible?
She doesn't get revealed but if the enemy uses deduction tecniethey should be able to know you are there anyways
