I have literally never thought of using CSP to do pixel art... my mind is blow.
Another method for flipping the character if you don't want to change it in the art itself is flipping the view horizontally in the navigator window. (That's more for people in the comments. Everyone has a method that works best for them.)
I'm going to try this, fail, and never touch pixel art again... BUT I'M STILL GOING TO TRY THIS!

It's insightful to see a full breakdown of what would normally be a relatively small part of a regular BJGPixel vid! And it's always nice to see that a familiar frame/workflow works just as well in an environment like CSP. Great collaboration, can't wait to see the detailing/shading process explained 😁

This is an amazing tutorial but I'm definitely intimidated watching how fast Brandon works ; w ; I'm doing the art for my game dev class group project and this gave me a good idea on how to start
oh man!!! I loved this, I made some pixel art some years ago in aseprite... and now I have an idea on how to setup pixelart using clipstudio... nice!!!
So if I created each individual object at a multiple of game resolutions, I could effectively up or downscale each individual object how i please when adding it into a game engine.
