Man, I really like this Brandon guy, I love how he makes pictures out of tiny squares.
yeah and he always takes care and keeps it square
That dither brush looks super useful - I appreciate how it patterns relative to the canvas, rather than the initial stroke position 🖌️
It's been really satisfying seeing this piece come together. Although there are so many details in the final piece, this series made the entire process comprehensive 😁
Also nice to see the good ol' CRT Time here ✨
Thank you! This is beautiful and I learned a lot!
This whole series is fantastic, I learned a bunch of new tricks I can't wait to try out.
COOL!
I used to make sprite comics because I couldn't draw but I could edit images in Paint Shop Pro pretty well. I have tried doing the occasional sprite in my current drawn comics in CSP when video games come up but I really could have used these tips. I think a few may even fit my regular art style. Ace job and thanks for sharing these.
Brandon RULES!
CRT time!!!
how do you save it in a larger scale?
i never knew the gradient map existed i've been using csp for two years :0
me this entire series: there better be crt time at the end of this
