Hey recently subscribed to your channel you guys are doing awesome job and thanks for putting efforts on sleep issues we survivors face but really being honest I thought this video will be something different than rest of the one on CZcams being a stroke channel I have suffered a stroke at the age of 37 and was a healthy sleeper even with or without usage of blue light 💡.sleep is a serious side effect for me there are days when i have not touched mobile or have even turned on any light kept cool temperatures all this sleep hygiene gagaga is already mentioned in google for free I am suffering serious insomnia, there were days I have not gotten any sleep after that i was put on zolpidem even that did not help my recovery was hindered I have tried every possible tips you can think of. My only request to you is please understand insomnia is very serious issue and it cannot be solved by all this after months of being a zombie 🧟‍♀️ Doctor has put me on Ativan which is finally giving me some sleep but still not so good I also tried going cold turkey and completely withdrawn the medicine and I was again back to zero sleep. Please stop this kind of videos it really hurts because I was very hopeful that someone understands stroke insomnia disorder but nope its same google cookie cutter again. Sorry not trying to discourage your work but please try to understand that no journal no meditation no music no not eating before 3 hours, no caffeine things work when you have serious INSOMNIA please stop making us feel horrible for mot doing our part my doctor told me that it’s clinical insomnia which was affected my sleep and I have worked out like crazy and have not gotten any sleep.all these tips are not for STROKE SURVIVOR INSOMNIA may be for a regular person sorry for all the rant but i have had enough of this kind videos. I am aware of side effects of Ativan but I have no option its been tried all natural remedies nothing has helped sorry for repeating over and over again because my husband also doesn’t believe me that I cannot sleep unless I take meds 🙏🏻you can reach out to me if you anything else THANKS this did not help At all

Thank you for sharing your insight about sleep disorder, hoping you're in good health always. my mother suffered mild stroke last january/2022. Till now she has hard time getting to sleep at night. May I ask what health tips you can share about it and how many months it took for you to recover from insomia? Thank you
