Burger King Whopper Philly Melt - My Way

Burger King's Philly Melt Burger, let's make one at home! Sharing :)
My Royal Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Yum Yum sauce
2 teaspoons Horseradish sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dehydrated onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
salt, pepper to taste
Beef Patties
(2) 2.8 oz. ground beef balls, smashed
1/4 teaspoon Hickory Liquid Smoke
Pinch salt and ground black pepper

It was my first time trying oven roasted peppers. Other than stuffed I mean. Probably could have used a few more minutes but very tasty indeed! Finished them off on another burger today for why not :)

Xeta!! I love brioche buns, orowheat also makes a great potato and also an onion bun I REALLY like the taste/texture, and they grill nicely!
