You are great, i watched all your Grease Pencil videos yet and try to follow. I wait for more and hope for whole character rig with body and face A to Z video series. That would be great.

Really glad to see a new video! Your old ones helped me quite a bit. I'm especially interested in your next video discussing rigs, as I'm currently working on an animated podcast that will definitely benefit from asset reusability.

Wonderful tutorial. Lots of Grease Pencil tips. Especially like the eyelids and eyeballs masking each other trick! Also had no idea Modifiers can target a single Layer within GP object. Thank you.

Thank you for these grease pencil videos. I'm totally new to Blender and they make sense and are clear. There is so much possibility for 2D in Blender, and also so many ways to mess it up.

Wow! I'm just getting back into Grease Pencil again and I learned a lot from this video as always. Thank you! I did notice that you might benefit from using the Autolock Inactive Layer feature so you don't need to manually lock the layers you aren't working on.

waiting forward to see the new face rig. I've managed to make an easy body rig using rigify and weight painting only (full tutorial on my channel), and I'm still trying to figure out a simple face riging system.

  • @JaeHaruArt

Any chance you'd happen to know how to merge a masked layer without it breaking the mask and bleeding outside? Thanks in advance. This video came up in my search, but unfortunately didn't touch on that. Also, never messed with the inverting feature, but pretty into trying it now, thanks.

  • @ahmetbaykara.mp3

I have an issue with the mask: I want my character's face masking out the eyes for turning head animation. My head has a brown fill and black stroke (outline). But I like the eyes to be only affected by the head fill color, not the stroke. When I activate the mask my head stroke disappears when the eyes are on it. Is there a way to exclude the stroke from the mask?

Hey! I mentioned this in a previous video. I can't turn on the bell button for your channel. CZcams won't let me. I really like your videos and I wanna watch them as they're uploaded. If others are facing this problem as well, it might impact your view count.
Also, will you be making more videos on grease pencil arm rigging?

does the box deform tool work with these workflow? and if so would it work with a rig? i ask cause for perspective views I like to reduce the size of the eye on the back when I draw.
