I am glad you found a nice piece of ash for your demo Will. LOL That knife made short work on that wood, which is a good thing. That is a practical knife and good looking. I like it!! Thanks to both of you.

It is great seeing you guys doing vids. together again. Reminds me when I first got interested in bushcraft/survival many years ago. Learned a lot from you guys and thanks to PM 101, I own what is still the best chopper in the world!

Thanks for this video! I remember back when you and Will made so many videos.

  • @alphaomegasurvivalsupply6548

I appreciate you leaving the factory edge on this one...not that I doubt their edges and there is nothing wrong with tuning them up either lol, the handle looks kinda tall and stubby to me but its probably comfortable and WTG always does a good job.

Both good looking knives, tough choice but I’d go with the Saber.

That design is clean! I would personally request a one color micarta, but the bicolor still looks pretty cool.

Great video, haven't see you and Will together in a long time. Glad to see you're feeling better, Chris. I'm having a coffee watching the rest of the video, Take Care.

William the third is awesome. I knew he was when I saw the Wazoo Viking necklace he’s wearing. Very cool guy. Great content Chris.

It's a testament to the human body that Will cut himself the way he did and his hand is healing so quickly!

That lanyard is a great idea, shame there is a secondary bevel on the edge.

I dig your channel and have watched for years, subscribed and comment occasionally so I’m not some random whack job troll.
That’s said, is it possible to change your camera direction, in winter, so those McMansions are not in the background? They really distract from the backwoods vibes. That and I detest McMansions and the burbs.
Other than that I enjoy your vid. 😊

Where I'm at there's a lot of stuff on the other side of the river. We're just going out to test stuff. It would be different if we were pretending to be on some adventure.
To me the houses are less an issue than traffic noises carrying for miles...

My wife: Is it me or the market’s been saturated with these 4 inches “bushcraft knives” that make tent pegs, wooden spears, and try sticks for 7 and x notches and feathers and baton a 2 inches diameter branches and cut bowed saplings under stress. Oh I forgot bow drill ambers and 90 degrees spine.
Me: just crickets noises in background

If it's a knife video and not an axe video, why do axe stuff?
