Hips are low, because his head position is up. His head position is up because his eyes are angled too far forward, instead of down. Lower the eyes, keep the neck in line with the spine, and the hips will be at the surface. Position, line and balance as promoted by Richard Quick.
I love how your camera captures both above and under the surface at the same time. How do you get those shots? Can you put a camera in a box with a window and then lower the box a little so that the middle of the lense is right at the water surface (this would keep the camera dry)? Thanks!
Emma Lee You are right! The head should be down when swimming regular freestyle. However, during particular exercise we recommend to keep head slightly up so swimmers can see their catch and better control their stroke. Thanks for watching the video!
beautiful, thx for uploading :)

beautiful and amazing :) hope to see you on the first page of youtube
Could you explain a bit more on what is happening for newer swimmers? It's nice to see some new videos though. Keep up the good work! ^.^

^^b great video!
Might be a little bit but definitely not "too low". However, the exercise emphasizes the catch! Thank you for watching.
自由腳和抬頭捷的練習。
i dont know if its the camera angle but it seems like his hip is too low
His head is way too high, You shuld look at the bottom of the pool and not look forward.
