Building a Bushcraft Hut on Epic Alpine Terrain (Part 2)

- After having found this mystic place on a rocky hill, between two small rivers, I decided to build a bushcraft hut here. Now I am happy to present the first result:) I tried to shape the construction as harmonious as possible with the terrain around and the 4 trees that form the foundation for everything, from the floor to the roof, without damaging them. No synthetic material. Only handtools and dead or fallen trees.
This hut will serve as basis for further projects, which I'll film of course!

Wow, the bushcraft shelter s amazing. I personally would love to be there a spend a few nights in it. I can only imagine the smell of all the amazing smells of wood, earth, campfire and the beautiful flowers. Thank you for sharing.

I'm building a tiny house myself and it's all out of little tree anywhere from 3 in down to maybe or 3-inch is the smallest to maybe five inches I really mean love the way you have your design and I'm trying to take and go double the highest of an average tree say maybe six ft . going 10 ft high so I'm really looking forward to seeing more on this hut

I would like to see a small tour of the area. You said there are two streams/small rivers nearby so maybe you can make a shower or wash station by redirecting some of the water. :)

I'm new to all of this awesome stuff!! I'm watching and learning from long term food storage to building shelters etc. From what I've viewed and learned so far I tend to think that the old fashioned hand tools seem more labor intensive, but at the same time a lot easier to use and build with. I can honestly say I'm hooked, and I've begun accumulating tools and gear, and hopefully soon enough I'll begin to practice using it safely ofcourse.
That depends on how you define "easier", I suppose. It's a lot easier to take down a tree with a chainsaw than a handsaw. But hand tools allow you to get a better feel for your materials, and also there's a special level of satisfaction that comes from knowing 100% of the power required to make this thing you made came straight from you.
I just love these two first parts of your build. Showing ideas and craftmanship like few others. Well done, sir...so very well done! 👍
