If you put the smaller spur gear in it that came with it you will gain 6mph!! Make sure to check the motor mesh. Mine was not meshed correctly from the factory.
Looks great. I have the Reflex 14T which is the Truggy version. I love it. It's so fun at the skate park. Perfect for throwing in a backpack and hitting up cool spots to bash. I want that MT version next. I want the Buggy so can have the whole collection.
What tires can you use? Can you use, like 1/10 2WD buggy rear?

That little truck looked good out there. I was thinking it would bounce around out there but it looked planted.
Surprised me, little trucks usually get knocked around at this spot.
The new buggy that seems to share the internal upgrades is the Reflex 14B Gamma (also just came out)

Very cool little yard basher! How long before folks start comparing it to the Latrax Teton. Though kinda think that’s apples and oranges with this guy being brushless and a bit bigger. This has all year, all season yard basher written all over it! Great review man!
I’ve never driven a Teton, but this seems a little faster/different.
@@RazorRC popular upgrade for the Tetons of course is the little HW brushless combo and folks turn them into little rocket ships. So those look super fun too. I am keeping my eyes open for something small to get 2 of that my son and I can bash in the yard. The Slashes and Stampede are kinda big for our small yard. 18-14 scale brushless on 2s would be perfect.
Phew, I have now bought all the trucks that had good reviews like the MJX Hyper Go and HBX 16889A PRO. Have to relax for now before I totally bankrupt myself! LOL!!!

Looks good fun to drive! It looks pretty fast for a 2s it would be good to know the top speed, customers always ask

I have a couple Reflex14Ts. It sucks the Hobbywing esc programmer doesnt work. I got the Quicrun for it like yours, its way better. Thanks for the videos.

Wish cars would move to a similar offering like Bind and Fly in aircraft - bind and drive (or ARF where everything is included except TX/RX)! I pulled out the radios from 2 brand new RTR's (Kyosho and TA) and gave them to the local Hobbytown, why would I want a radio per car when I can use one for all? Such a waste, I wonder how many cheap RTR radios end up in the trash? Truck is cool, like a mini MT10.
Bind and drive would be cool, Horizon tried that with a few cars a couple of years ago, but it never took off unfortunately.

Only $40 for a set of tires? Over 1/10th of what I pay for real car tires before mount/balance. Doubt these are balanced and I can mount them myself if it's gonna be that expensive to have it done for me.

And what’s with the trend of these newer mini’s ditching Velcro battery straps and replacing with a “good luck getting other batteries to fit snugly” plastic cover with body pins?
It comes with a Velcro strap too, I just need to figure how to install it.

@@giannetto1000 yeah, but, the mt14 is just 1/14th scale, and on 2s it still rips at 30 mph. I think for the weight and size, that speed and power is plenty.
Yeah TT just stop making new cars to give way to AE.. 😂 ..their older car parts used to be interchangeable..
Tt stopped building consumer RCs several years ago. They concentrate on military drones and robotics now.
All AE rtr are made by different China/Taiwan OEMs.
I think the MJX 14210 IS A BETTER OPTION THAN THIS

@sethnicholls2956 the typhon 3s has no center diff and happily wheelies at 50mph. Is it still better? I got the MEGA FOR $150 BLACK FRIDAY SALE. IT DOES 72MPH BRUSHLESS. FOR SOME PEOPLE QUALITY AND PRICE GOES OVER SOME FEATURES. THE WHOLE POINT OF MY 1/12 TO 1/16 IS TO BASH HARD FOR CHEAP, I DO AGREE IF THE BENEFITS OF THE CENTER DIFF. THATS WHY I HAVE THEM ON ALL THE BIGGER RIGS LIKE TALION, KRATON AND LIMITLESS.
All the kids like electric nonsense. Nitro is what you need. Alot more fun.
