I always had looong & painful periods & always had painkillers for 2-3 days. Lately it's getting a bit shorter & "only" 1 or 2 days cramps with intensive hours. But I wanted to minimalize taking painkillers for a while, I realized it doesn't makes such big difference for me. For every episodes I needed one then waiting till it has the effect.. When I don't take it, one "episode" lasts for two hours for example, I will just stretch (legs, back) as my body dictates, & will stand in whatever awkward position at the time feels besr (like Sebas at the cashier) I just don't care anymore if it's "awkward" for others, that I should hide & "hold myself together" as nothing were on. Also im quicker over it if I move/stretch it out
The thing is: if you exercise regularly and keep a healthful diet the majority of the time, you shouldn't get cramps this bad unless you have a reproductive disorder/disease. Cut sugar, gluten and dairy. Cramps will reduce tenfold.
I think you guys need to seriously do way more videos of Espe pretending to be Sebas, would be highly entertaining to watch the tables be turned.🤪🤘🏻 (Was this just a regular period sim, or a hemorrhaging in pain period PERIOD?🤣)
