  • Dealing with dull, dry, frizzy hair or have itchy/dry scalp? A hot oil treatment can help give your hair a huge boost of moisture, softness, and shine! Hot oil treatments are great to add into your hair regimen. Either it be once a week or a few times a year. It also works for all hair textures.
How often do I do them?
When needed. But in the winter months I do them about once a month.
You can do a treatment overnight, sit under a hooded dryer, or add a heated cap . By Adding the extra heat to the treatment, you'll get more of the benefits from the oil. You can make your own blend of oils but I love this mixture for all that it gives to my hair. After the treatment, I rinsed my hair, then continued with my wash day.
    What oils did I use?
    Castor Oil
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Sweet Almond Oil
    Jojoba Oil
    Arian Oil
    Peppermint Oil
(peppermint oil should always be mixed with other oils. you shouldn't use it alone)
I got these oils at Whole Foods + GNC
    Products used:
    Crocodile Clips
    amzn.to/2lkco0h
    Applicator Bottle
    amzn.to/2kTgTy4
    Plastic Caps
    Hot Head Cap

That Hot Head is the truth! Simple to use, and actually does what it says it does. If you are like me, and hate the sound and immobility of a dryer, I would suggest a Hot Head.

What's the difference between a pree poo and a hot oil treatment? I'm so confused , someone please help me 😩 with a pree poo you do it before you wash your hair using oil. And a hot oil treatment is the same thing but with the oil heated up. So are they the same thing?

Peppermint oil is an essential oil so it needs a carrier oil (like castor or grapeseed or coconut, etc). It is way too strong and even harmful to your body to use it alone or in copious amounts.
