- This is a quick walking tour of the AMMO NYC STUDIO and car garage build. Looking back I wish I would have added a few more items of description but happy to do another focusing on particular areas. Hope you enjoy! -L

Shoutout to the guy that burned the wood floors. They look stunning
wood flooring burning expert and professional dancer is a career combo I've never seen before. But this project was an eye-opener for me in terms of people juggling multiple professions.
There was a cop who's also a metal welding expert. and the guy who made the aesthetic of the place come together was a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy.
Very inspirational. This might just be the spark I needed to become a web developer/bike mechanic/helicopter pilot.
How to rebuild sresming demon
Shou sugi ban is a great technique, used on my guitar, I think it'd look good in the outside of the garage too, make it all black!
What surprised me the most was just how many multitalented individuals that were featured. Definitely one of the most interesting build videos I've ever seen.
@@oftankoftan do iiittt, I'm trying to finish off my robotic engineering degree while restoring friends cars/bikes and doing detailing. Got offered an apprenticeship as a mechanic as well
You can always have a career and a passion
Recommendation for the 2nd story, might want to add a kick plate along the balcony. If someone drops something and it slide/rolls off the edge, it could land on and damage a car below.
Oof imagine dropping a phone and it slides off the edge. Would put a nice sized ding in the roof
Or even those like nets that extend out a foot or two past the railing. It actually looks quite aesthetic if it borders the entirety of the balcony evenly and set with even hanging sections. You’d want one with a weave tight enough to stop phones from slipping through 👉👉. Only has to happen once for them to pay for themselves 😂
not enough, he should make a screen over first floor
@@mathieugrindlay4965 would ruin the view of the artwork and aesthetics of the rest of the place. Having a 1 inch upturned lip on the edge would sort the problem without changing the whole aesthetics 🤷♂️
@@THEedcbb3 safety first
I feel like if I were to check that out in person I would lose track of time. I don't even think I would make it upstairs because I love detailing so much. Congratulations and thank you for letting all of us be a part of this journey!
Get rid of the simply safe. I know you probably have a real alarm but the simply safe is a joke
Yeah, simplisafe is just branding.
Simpli unsafe
Micro-tip: polish the floor area directly under these low beams to a very high gloss, your brain will process it as slippery surface and avoid walking on it, and thereby you indirectly also avoid hitting your head.
They've done this at some airports and train stations in the Netherlands.
for real.. do you know where they did it?
No. That moves eye focus to the floor. A simple raised step on the floor under the beam prevents people walking in the danger zone.
You know its america when people are proud that their building has metal in it :DDD Cheers from Europe.
From the expression on Larry's face when talking about the custom art piece, there is some tension there.
Fr, he was tight about not being able to reproduce the art. He was bouta make shirts, posters and everything 😂
Larry totally should have been permitted to make t-shirts. That would have been a great design.
@@alanmorelli1426 eh I can totally see why Artists do that, you don't want other people profiting off of your work, however if there were a contract/deal put in place where Vizzie would get like 5% or 10% of profit that would have been a nice compromise
It absolutely makes sense for a fine artist with a name to prohibit the sale or marketing of art. That's probably why the artist made an effort to retain ownership of the work rather than allowing it to be 'work for hire', which would mean the buyer owns the art. There had to have been a contract in place, otherwise the default (money paid for a commision) would be 'work for hire'.
Once someone has a name, a brand, and an agent they can make such demands without too much drama because their work is in demand and they can literally afford to turn away work (probably because their prices are also quite high). For us mere mortal artists, it's all work-for-hire and there would be no reason to protect the art. However, 'work for hire' is the norm.
I am not much of a car detailing guy but I must have this video at least 9 times and counting, amazing man cave!
Actually Larry, those pots and pans are called "Revere Ware", stainless steel with copper clad bottoms and they will literally outlast you. I'm 67 and my Nana had almost the whole collection when i was quite small (maybe 4 or 5 years old). They are not easy to find, especially with the lids. The bottoms really come to life when Barkeepers Friend is used. Mine look so good I have them hanging over my stove! Give you Mom a big hug and a Thank You! She did you right!! P.S.- shop looks awesome!!
"WOW" just to imagine all the time it took to build and implement all the little ideas you and the pro designers did, makes me just vibrate it's sooo incredible. I can't even hope to have such a magnificent detailing studio in my life time. You are a one of a kind, huge applause to you.
Please heed the advice from the other commenters about the locks and simplysafe if the extent of your security is as you showed.
What an awesome space! Fulfilling dream stuff right there.
Seriously impressive. I lived in upper Westchester, bordering CT, for 20 years and had no clue about all the sick detailing going on around me. Of course now that I have moved away I find all the hidden gems.
I have so much respect for you man. You’re definitely a HEAVY inspiration for me. I truly don’t think you get enough credit for how dedicated and compassionate you are about the final product of EVERYTHING you’re apart of. Your videos have always been extremely well thought out, so well filmed, so well narrated, and everything is always executed so perfect.
It’s just insane to think just how many things you actually have to juggle in your life (between all of your detailing, CZcams, the Ammo business, and also whatever goes on in your personal life) and that you still make sure that the final product of EVERYTHING you do is perfect. It takes so much time, energy, and an insane mental capacity to do what you do man. Big ups to you Larry, I’m glad you exist. Congratulations on your new paradise 🖤
I like how the one missing support beam was making you go crazy because it wasn’t symmetrical. Yet nothing else in the entire place is symmetrical 😂🤣 Place looks absolutely killer!!
Pretty much a dream shop right there man. I would live in something like that. It's designed to accommodate many different things it seems, and I like that. Thanks for showing the viewers around!
that artwork though is INSANE. fantastic.
This garage was a result of pure and selfless hard work.Hope you get succeed in your life :)
Stunning place and love the details like that door at the start of the video. Also great view from the top on that awsome 964
Happy for you, Larry! Love all the touches and layout - Amazing
Absolutely amazing facility the attention to every “detail” is mind blowing. Left wondering though, no floor drains ? Also what about your pressure washer / deionized water setup ?!?!
My exact thoughts...
There are Floor drains if you look in the video when they're putting the lifts there is a water draining right in the center of the box.. but you are right all the stuff and he didn't say anything about pressure washer..
@@deanking9185 if they are like you said, they are not enough. And how do you clean them. An more, how do you keep the entire floor water free and not to go under the furniture.
@6:20 he mentions power washers "when they come" so they must not be set up yet.
The water setup is outside on the side. It’s with the air compressor! If you watched the first video you’d know and wouldn’t be asking that question
Absolutely amazing! Love your studio!
Larry I can see some surface rust building on the piston door handles. You should scrub them clean then spray them with a clear coat to keep them from rusting, I'm guessing the door pulls on the outside aren't coated either so spray both of em!
Thanks for the tour Larry. Your attention to detail is amazing!
Congratulations Larry! Well deserved. Proof that hard work and perseverance pays off. What a fantastic space!
Dream space. Congratulations, looks amazing.
This would be a dream come true! Super congrats Larry!!

Very inspiring to me. Awesome stuff.
