Let me list everything that made me smile in this video. The ducks and swan on the lake, you and your mama on your morning walk, the beaufiful resort, nature, the public mineral water faucets (wow!) and mineral water fountain, the cooking (of course), the family happily eating. Thank you for the idea of using mushrooms instead of meat. Such a positive video to start my day. 🤩

Andrei, actually it wasn't a pinakbet but sautéed squash in tomatoes, onion, garlic, tomatoes and meat but it's close if you only have the primary ingredients which are eggplant and bittermelon or ampalaya. Anyway, it was still great food that your Mom prepared. Kudos to your Mom. Great 👍 job. God bless guys!
