    Hello I made a little book called Inspo for those Days on amazon. I was able to bring down fatty liver disease from 42% to 1.9%. If you ever get bored I took a good four months of making this little book to help people because so many recipes can be complicated sometimes. Hope this helps.

      @@Cakedecorator1971 I start my morning with green tea then an oikos zero sugar added yogurt with chopped strawberries. A little later maybe close to lunch I make a salad made out spinach , kale , avocado, red cabbage,red onion, cilantro, cherry tomatoes , feta cheese and dressing (keep dressing light ) . I may repeat the salad for dinner . I eat no red meat , I drink no sugary drinks at all .I drink plenty of water as well . I avoid foods with saturated fats and sugar . I also fast a few a couple times a week .

    People are also saying this cause by eating vege(oxalate) thats trying not to get eaten that cause this.
    People are also saying seed oils (hydrogenated oil something close to volatile plastics)turns your ldl into oxldl which cause this

    You no longer have to be obese or overweight to get to have NASH/NAFLD. I think that paradigm has shifted in recent years. A simply poor diet will take one there.

      I believe it is quite complex and works by interacting with the immune system to reduce inflammation associated with the disease.

      Hmm. It might depend where you are based. Sometimes they are out of stock in certain countries, but then come back. If it is not available as a physical book, you could get the kindle. Alternative, just use the website for the same content.

    Tom, just remembered to ask you if this disease considered to be progressive? Or with the appropriate treatmemt the patient will have normal life expectancy with little to know signs of liver failure? Can it also be considered as a milder case other than alcoholic liver hepatitis?

    • @ZeroToFinals
      @ZeroToFinals  Před 4 měsíci +1

      The initial fatty changes may not progress anywhere and the patient may be asymptomatic with a normal life expectancy. It is quite variable. You could think of it similarly to atherosclerosis inside arteries - it may never reach the level of causing problems. The early stages are reversible with lifestyle changes.
