The way he acts is so real, seriously, his expressions and voice and everything feels so relatable. I love him and I want him to be with her again, God, she feels so happy and she doesn’t need society approval to choose the man she loves. She will figure that out, I hope.
I like the way she tilts her head after she tells him that she loves Charles more. That's what made him realize that she's lying to herself and these two actors pulled it off soo well.

Although he is younger he was so much more mature than her in this scene. The way he played it was incredible. It almost reminded me of when a child tells their parent they hate then and the parent just says you don't mean that. He was so sure in that way. Beautifully done. He put what she said to rest although it hurt him.
This man is her TRUE LOVE!! I'll admit that I was 1000% Team Charles a couple seasons ago, but since they've been together, I just don't see it working. Charles gives her the life that she left behind, Josh gives her something new and exciting. Is it the safe choice? No. TAKE THE RISK GIRL!!

Totally agree , at first I dun think Josh is serious , but when I see him taking of her in the hospital , attending all the work parties of Liza , chose Liza when she told him she doesn’t want a baby .

I loved this scene, it felt so real. It was such a thoroughly honest conversation. And I love that Josh brought up the fact that she said she'd always be there. Sounded like conversations I've heard before. It'll be interesting to see if she does leave Charles. But I don't know, they're both so good for her. I'd hate to be the writers. It's hard to choose. Even though I've always leaned more towards Liza with Josh.
I really wanted them (Josh and Liza) together, but idk if she deserves him anymore. I'll still hold on to this hope, but it's looking like Liza with Liza as end game.
From season 1.. I've never been team Charles.. I was mad that she cheated on Josh just when he was about to propose to her... Right now I can't wait for the writers to do the "how you get em is how you lose them" scene where Liza cheats on Charles with Josh although she's already doing so emotionally..... Charles is the "perfect" guy.. The one that society wants.. The one that's "appropriate" for her but Josh.. Josh is Josh... And she LOVES Josh

I know I feel the same. I know this is a tv show, but it is always scary not choosing the safe choice because if it blows up in your face you are just left with all the feels.
In her case she did choose wrong guy Charles never trusted her and they had to breakup at last.

how come this show was as such heights of good writing and then came totally tumbling down in season 7? the first 6 season are amazing, even when liza wasn't with josh it was killing me but the writing was still good so i could forgive, but season 7 felt so hollow, i only liked the very last scene of the series finale
COVID really affected the show Diana wasn't in it they hardly had Josh last season was a bummer but yes last scene was the only good thing that happened

Yup, i watched that scene a million times watching his facial expressions from when she said sure to her changing her mind. Also when they took the bike ride and they asked her how she thought the story would end and she said "i don't know" and his face lit up.

The only good thing about Season 6 is Diana. Her engagement to Enzo. Her moment with Liza when she found out about Liza's real age. Diana is everything.

I wouldn't say she's confused more like scared and allow others opinion to matter too much. She ran from Josh because others who knew her didn't approve and she couldn't handle that kind of judgement. Now that she's with Charles she's not exactly happy but content there's a difference.
That´s also a problem of hers but she´s definitely confused. When she was with Josh,she thought of Charles and now she´s with Charles and thinks of Josh and she always had feelings for both of them. Sry but that is being confused for me
As a forty-year-old I can relate
She was married for years, she doesn’t have experience and love makes us doubt everything, she wants to feel safe and at the same time she wants to embrace this new love. It’s hard to let go of what the society made us think it was right.
Charles is definitely not as nice to her as Josh is. Liza seems to love Charles more than he loves her and Josh is just crazy in love with Liza!!!

People get so offended at this scene like it's wrong of him to tell her how she's feeling and they bring up the bad things he did while they were together but Josh is right. And this scene was well done. It should be obvious, all over her face that she is lying... Don't get me wrong I like Charles. But she's with him cuz it's the logical thing. He's old enough lol. I think I liked the idea of Charles and Liza than the reality of Charles and Liza.

Just finished the whole series in less than 3days..now i want Liza with Josh. He's the life she needs and wants..Charles with 2 younger kids and a difficult ex wife to deal with..while Josh is the exciting, romantic and simple life for Liza. She doesnt have to think abt having a baby anymore cz Josh has his own baby now. Ergh..but it will jeopardise her career as Charles is the publisher again..i seriously hate Charles for being too matured when it comes to job n his company and being very immature when dealing with emotions.
Honestly I loved younger so much but after she broke up with Josh I hated it so much I was about to stop watching it then Josh got a kid so now I've been skipping the entire season just watching Scenes with Josh only and what's going on in his life......I can't watch Charles and Liza hate them.....I mean Josh gave her unconditional love, he cared for her so much and loved her despite the many times she hurt him and Liza just left, I mean even in real life you can't just let go of somebody who'd love you that much maybe even more than you love him, like how do you even do that not many ppl can give you that much love....I hope there's no sn 7 tired of this show
I do agree that Liza had shown she does not deserve Josh. Hopefully, when Josh said see you around that is his way of moving on. His character has been rendered rather pointless except for the occasional foil in the Charles and Liza relationship. Interested to see whether Liza says no to the piss poor proposal or calls the wedding off down the road.

@@MrSwagboy90 Josh has been better at knowing what he wants from day 1, even better than Liza. He knew he wanted to be with her, what his career path was, that he wanted children. He has always been mature. There hasn't been anything in his behavior to show he's immature. Maybe a mistake here and there but who hasn't done those regardless of age.
