As in any other Ukrainian school, where children are taught English as a foreign language, Deaf Ukrainians are being taught USL as a native language and ASL as a foreign (second) language. Why would that be so strange?
Thank you for posting this video! It is sad of what is happening in Ukraine. Chaos, hatred, death, etc. happen because people do not have the love of God in their hearts and are authors of confusion.

I wonder why the soldiers thought there was a 4th person in Olga’s home. This whole war is tragic. I hope the EU speeds up the process of admitting Ukraine into the union and provide much needed military support to end this war before more lives are lost from both sides. I fear it’ll spread across Europe, too.
