The voice of the Holy Spirit | How can you tell it's God's voice?

the holyspirit told me, it sentence or phrase we here so often amongst Christians and even Mog and women of God, prophets etc,yet when you look at the content of the message, it's filled with doubts /confusion. so the question in a time like this is: how can you tell it's actually the Holy Spirit speaking and not some other spirit?

I struggle with this too, but I tried to used discernment cuz there are plenty of voices out there.
