I've changed my location from UK to Canada, I now have the net carb setting turned on but it is showing the total carbs as net carbs and not deducting fibre as it should. When I paid for premium I didn't even think counting net carbs wouldn't be an option. Edit: turns out in the UK the net carbs are listed already! That's why we have fibre listed as a separate constituent and not "of which fibre"

In the UK (and maybe europe) product labels already have net carbs shown rather than total- seems there is a risk if MyFitnessPal algorithm adjusting downward user-generated entries that are already net carb?

@@dlloydy5356 Classic! haha. I figured it out today after reading a random forum. You have to login into your personal settings and change your location to United States and then it will appear as an option. Apparently it only works if you put Canada or United States and even though i'm in France it still worked. Hopefully that works for you mate.
My trial runs out in 3 days and I will probably cancel as well because, while it works on my phone, I prefer to use my desktop and it apparently doesn't work there.
What is this horse£@it? Why can’t we access this in the U.K? I only want my net carbs accounted for in my goals. I’ve set my carbs for 20g and it keeps telling me I’ve constantly gone over. Can this be changed? I’ve reinstall the app but no joy.

Possible you aren’t in a location where they support the net carb feature.
I suggest changing your location to the US or Canad.
