The strategy of Dr. Birx has been to try to remain prominent in the Trump administration's response to Covid-19. That has resulted in her being very 'loyal' and playing a very compromised role in getting accurate information to the American public. Dr. Fauci has been more marginalised over the last 3 months for not towing the Trump line.
Conscientious, knowledgeable people within the ambit of a powerful abusive "leadership" are in an impossible position. If they resign, or if they get removed from that ambit for not giving out the messages the Dear Leader wants to hear, they lose any moderating influence they may be able to use behind the scenes. Ozone is a well known disinfectant and ozone blood therapy is safe and showed great results against SARS. Nikola Tesla had a patent for an ozone generator pertaining to its medicinal benefits.
