Almost so perfect ... a house to grow old into. No powder room though, but I guess one can use the bathroom in the small bedroom.
Love everything in that house the design color and features really good for senior citizens most specially being a caregiver myself i really recommend this
I love this house because the maid’s room is inside the house itself.
I like how the host present the video!✔ He dressed formal and well-mannered when presenting and also I like how he and the camera man coordinate with each other when filming .I watch other houses tours but this video is well presented they include mentioning what places convenience to the owners . I also like this house, it has a lot of extras included already but I hope there's an extra bathroom outside for the guests who will not use the room to sleep. Hmmm For me I can just have one large garden and a pool on the side. Anyone here likes the kitchen separated on the house ? 😊
I love the architecture of this home! Bungalow indeed but it's pretty huge and fresh looking! The ambience is very nice! ❤️ One of my most favorites.

This house could be perfect if not for the lack of powder room. I just don't think he should market the house by using the term "maximizing every space" if the house is missing a basic ammenity.
I like this house tour... coz the master's bedroom is on the 1st flr... unlike other house tours mostly the master's br you use stairs to the 2nd floor... how much kaya eto?

I think your background music does not fit your presentation. Its too high energy whilst you're trying to present a home for comfort and relaxation. Maybe put chill, jazzy music or turn it off completely.
daming comment na wala daw common cr, guys this property is for prospective buyers. and if maging sa inyo to, dami nmang possibilities eh, for example ung isang room gawin mong guest room nlng. and make its toilet and bath be the common toilet.
Downside lang wala siya common restroom/powder room para if may bisita ka. Nakakahiya naman if papasok pa sila sa kwarto para lang mag cr. However ang ganda niya 😍 if i had the money I would buy it.

Well designed! I would make the dining space as a family, entertainment area . And make the space close to the kitchen as the dining area. The third bedroom can be a guest room. The 4th bedroom is my favorite maybe to be an office, blogging area. Btw, is there drainage for rainwater in that small garden area in front of the living room space? I would also redo the wall in front of the house to give the house a curb appeal.
True parang kulang ng curve appeal pero in fairness maganda ang loob, I like the tiles used in this house, bat wala ako nakitang common banyo sa loob, lahat na lang sa every room, e paano kung me bisita kayo, saan cla gagamit ng banyo?

Remove the peninsula and build an island instead, that will give you a true open concept. No powder room? Don't expect the guests to go inside one of the bedrooms to use the toilet. At least make one of the bathrooms accessible to guests without going to the bedrooms. If you have a huge MBR, you should have a separate private toilet. I wonder why the sinks and the toilet bowls are opposite to each other (except for one bathroom). I would use the dining room as tv or family room but maybe make it a little smaller. Make a formal dining room in-between the formal living room and kitchen. If you have an island in the kitchen instead of a peninsula, you can use it as a breakfast area also. I like the small courtyard, perfect for coffee or teatime. I would commission someone to paint a mural in one of the walls of the courtyard!Beautiful house.
