Nice house. Really. One thing i wonder about, do the sliding patio doors in the Philippines not have built -in screens to prevent the bugs from coming in? For luxury houses this big I would think that would be a must.

this is a perfect size for a house
the luxury of space in paranaque..but the traffic...
seems the architect forgot to provide a provision for refrigerator and for stove,. and no provision for AC and i notice the CR don't have bidet, and there's no water tank too.. i think the 32M is too overprice in to which some of basic neccessity dont have in this house

For that price it will be nice if the doors and windows have screen already and fence is important i think. And if im not wrong there is no AC place for the masters bedroom.?
