- Flower Cookies are my favorite cookie creation! Something about those pretty royal icing petals and greenery piping is just extra sweet to me! Decorating flower sugar cookies with royal icing can be tricky, but they are totally doable when you know a few key tips to help them turn out just right.

Have you ever tried a hybrid Icing of Glaze mixed with royal icing? It's supposed to be a soft bite with hold. I gave it a try today but really it's was much harder to work with. Your Icing recipe is much easier for me to pipe flowers with. I have both kind drying overnight tonight to compare the bite. But I learned a lot from your consistency confidence and think you're recipe is the EASIEST to work with.
