  • BANOFEE ICECREAM - LOVE AT FIRST SCOOP ❤️
    Varun’s infatuation with BANOFEE ICECREAM began at Baskin Robin’s in Dehradun and it instantly became his favorite.
    He then threw down the challenge for me to recreate it at home, and you know your girl never backs down from a challenge! 😋
    With bananas, caramel, and a sprinkle of determination, I whipped up a batch that’s as good as, if not better than, the original.
    No churning, no fuss - this BANOFEE ICECREAM is simple to make, flavourful and is just a creamy, dreamy goodness in every bite 😋
    It’s the ideal summer treat that’ll have you coming back for more.
    Recipe:
    Caramel Sauce
    Sugar 1/2 cup
    Water 2 tbsp
    Cook thebsugar till its golden.
    Add in
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp cream
    1/4 cup water
    Pinch of salt
    Mix it all and keep aside to cool.
    Icecream:-
    2 ripe bananas mashed
    Milk powder 1/4 cup
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
    Salt 1 pinch
    Fresh cream 200 ml
    Whipping cream 150 gms
    Mash the bananas and mix well with the vanilla, sugar, milk powder and cream. Then whisk in the whipped cream.
    Break 2-3 digestives in to it.
    In a freezer safe container, layer the icecream base and caramel sauce. Also break in the biscuits in the layers.
    Freeze overnight or for 12 hrs.
    To serve scoop it out and top with a little more toffee sauce and enjoy ❤️.
