    Very slick design ;). The triple-arm system, the return chute in case two balls load, the counterbalance on the top arm...nice work.

    I'm an ME and lover of mechanisms. Love all of your machines (thanks for sharing your talents/creativity). Curious though, the two bearings help with a dwell or just for show?

    @paolouie I think your talking about the counterbalance arm. he used a moving counterbalance so the arm stays up and down longer

    Lil suggestion: A magnetic conveyor with some thin wood over it. It will be intersting to watch balls rolling up :)

    How does the 2nd arm transfer point work, it seems like the ball should fall out before it reaches the next arm. Is there a magnet to pull it?
