Actually they need to give the animation team a raise, they have some of the most accurate, meaningful and weighted animations I have seen in any game not just an MMO everything has solidarity behind it and you can feel impact and response. It is more like playing Ninja Gaiden than World of Warcraft... but clearly you have not played it.

Did you play it? I can say that I've tried both GW2 and Neverwinter. It's not even comparable, Neverwinter is so much better. It's not floaty, doding is extremely responsive and it doesn't mean "auto dodge", you actually have to roll out of aoes etc. Also melee hits has real weight to them, so you feel it when you hit enemies with special attacks etc.

No, I haven't play it yet but it's really good to hear your opinion. I am full of hope for Neverwinter. Me and my friends wait for a good mmo rpg to play hardcore pvp as w did in other games. That's why the combat is really important for me and it didn't look that good in gameplays for me, but if you say it's a way better than in GW2, I hope you are right. =)

joined a CC party on my trickster rogue at lvl 29 and we cleared that shit out like it was nothing, at the end everyone had 450,000~550,000 dmg total while i did 1.1mill dmg total.. yeah dps we deliver

I hope it will be nice as well. However, we know it is arena style without open world pvp (cause the game is not open). Cryptic has never been known for good pvp, but maybe the 4th times a charm.

umm Neverwinter looks initially did not provide even the PvP so do not get too many expectations because for now do not know anything about this game is oriented role-playing game PvE and I hope that Cryptic I feel when the game is released

Cause it's not Neverwinter Nights. That was a Bioware game. This is being made by an entirely different team to be an entirely different game. It's certainly not the real NWN cause it's not trying to be.

Indeed, PvP in GW2 is a joke. I don't like it as well. Just a massive bullshit without any sense. However, I have noticed so far.. the combat system in Neverwinter doesn't look encouragingly to be honest.
