1. Building a second brain - Tiago Forte
2. The 4 -hour Week- Ferriss
3. Deep work- Newport.
4. Work clean- Charnas
Each of those books led to a significant and helpful reframe of how I was approaching my work.
I'm so excited to see Work Clean on this list, I felt like I was the only person who had read it, it was absolutely transformative. ❤
Work Clean is so good!
4 hour work week. Loved it. It gave me good practices for becoming more efficient in my work day.
This is the first time I've seen a productivity book list without Atomic Habits in it. 😂
Great list, tho.
Thank you!
Not sure if I originally heard about Work Clean from you (it was about 2-3 years ago) but it's a personal favorite now. Even if just for the mindset.
hell yeah, that's great
Same!
💥 summary was awesome I feel like I need to read the last one!
Your recommendations are amazing.
I'm practically an evangelist for Deep Work. I've read it multiple times and recommended it to many dozens of friends and aspiring freelancers.
Have you read Tools for Titans and if so what did you think of it ?
I love Tiago Forte's book
I agree with the " same fluff" 🤣✌🏻
Love the blond hair and light blue eyes !
I haven’t read any of those books. I don’t really have a problem with productivity but keep up momentum sometimes. I wish their wasn’t always resistance all the time. So, I ordered Solving the Motivation Puzzle. The book was recommended by Ali Abdaal.
For me. 4000 weeks, changed my life. Read most of other ones that are availabe, and yes, most of them are cringe.
Just curious, have you read Atomic Habits by James Clear? Any thoughts on it?
It can change your life
Brilliant book
Nice.
Couple any reading with the book of 5 rings to amplify them all (i bet)
🙌❤️
The second I saw atomic habits in the background, I knew this guy has something to say...
Please do not block the cover with your hand.
“The fourth one is particularly good”
Everyone says that just so we watch until the end 🤦♂️ it’s so obvious
Terrible clickbait
Yeah, I’m annoyed that CZcams recommended this guy to me. These videos are fucking terrible.
Those little stickers... Yeah... As if you ever go back to re-read those excerpts you marked.
I have a theory that productivity books are bought and read by people as a means of procrastinating about being productive. I also suspect that the books are only productive for the authors.
Hmmmm, do you ever read a book written by a woman?
The 4 Hour Work Week is absolute dogshit, and I’m appalled that you’re recommending it. I honestly suspect you haven’t even read it.
Stupid way of explaining your perspective but good list though
